Curteous, professional and one of a kind front office (Alisha)

My experience with the folks at Beltone has been remarkable. Both Kevin, the hearing specialist, and Tiffany, the receptionist, have been friendly, professional, compassionate, and helpful. I had intended to visit a couple of other hearing aid centers before choosing the one I wanted to purchase from, but after checking out Beltone, my husband and I looked at each other and said, “Why waste our time going elsewhere?” In fact, my husband (who already had hearing aids from another company) is super jealous of me because my experience with Kevin and Tiffany has been so much better than what he’s had with his provider. I am very pleased with my hearing aids, as well as with the customer service, and am looking forward to continuing this relationship for many years to come.
