Mr. Flemister is very knowledgeable and courteous! Does not discriminate! Reasonable pricing for bankruptcy. New location! Set up in beautiful house! Not sure if I like the new arrangement or not? I have YET to meet the attorney. She WAS kind enough to send her paralegals father to court with me. The ONLY good thing about that firm is Lauren. This firm has now asked and recd from the court several hundred extra dollars for me for extras that I know NOTHING about and cannot get a return call. This is the least professional firm that I have ever worked with. No communication. No explanation, but believe me, they are getting their money FIRST.

Lyndsey helped me manage a deed in lieu of foreclosure for a friend. There was absolutely nothing easy about this transaction, but she tackled it like a pro! I was blown away by her diligence! This thing dragged on and on, but she got it done! I dont know many other attorneys who would have had the patience to get this deal done! Shes amazing! Highly recommend!!!

Lindsey came recommended to me by another attorney, Mark Burnett. And while I wasnt able to use her for a rather mundane reason (no fault of her own), I found her staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. I believe I would have felt confident in her hands.

So unprofessional! How you handle yourself personally and professionally tells a lot about a person. She is rude and disrespectful to people. It’s a shame.
