I was extremely dissatisfied with the way this company handled my medical information and communication with me. I paid $54 for a digital copy of my own medical records and they didnt even give me the entire record when I paid for it. They seemed to have misplaced over half of it. I complained that things seemed to be missing and rather than apologize, offer or give a refund they first took over a week to resolve the issue and second dismissed my concern over email when I communicated with them that this way of handling my information was unprofessional and troubling.I had called them over a month before because my doctor was retiring and their old office would ONLY give me this one companys number when I requested to communicate with someone, anyone, about my medical record. When I called the number I was sent to a troubling vauge voicemail that did not even say the name of the company. I had no idea who I was calling and who I was expected to entrust my medical information with.The delays in getting my medical information caused delays in my medical treatment due to no fault of my own. I asked for a refund and was denied a refund AND a simple apology... They refused to even try to understand how their mishandling of my medical information negitively affects every aspect of my life with chronic illness after not being able to get medication, my academics, relationships, and immune health are all at stake.This was ridiculous. If the company doesnt UNDERSTAND the weight of holding crucial patient information and treat it and us with the kindness, compassion, and human respect deserved of the situation, they SHOULD NOT BE INVOLVED IN HEALTH BUSINESS. Period. I will be filing a formal complaint with the ADA and the Better Business Bureau.
