The gentleman who helped me was brutally honest about my phones and was extremely clear with my options for my phone. I would recommend going here if you are in need of any phone repairs. Honest people are hard to come by and these guys are honest.

UPDATE: This response was not taken seriously. As can be seen from the canned response that starts out Hello, . The bot didnt even grab my name properly. A call to customer service and a completed feedback form garnered the same response.....silence. UBreakIFix does not care about their customers opinion.I have used ubreakifix at other locations in the past and received wonderful customer service. This store did not contact me prior to arriving to confirm my appointment and they also had a mask mandate in place. I was unprepared to wear a mask upon arrival since I had no knowledge of their self enforced mandate prior to arriving. Had I known ahead of time I could have shown up prepared and with a mask in my possession. The person at the counter, Sean, was extremely rude and would not speak to me until I put on the random mask he handed me with his bare hand. When attempting to hold the mask to my face instead of placing on the ear straps (I did not know if the mask was clean) he demanded that I PUT IT ON! He also refused to let me change my scheduled drop off to curb side, BUT did allow me to change my pickup to curb side. This made no sense to me. Upon pickup he attempted to hand me my phone, but when I reached for it he jerked it back and said CARD! instead of simply asking politely for my card. This was the WORST retail customer experience I have had in decades, maybe ever. The mask wearing was not the issue. I could have complied with this without issue had I known ahead of time (FYI no other local ubreakifix stores required this mandate since they are all franchise stores). The issue was the extremely poor customer service and arrogance that was displayed by Sean the sales person.

Pretty disappointed in the service. We had the screen replaced on my sons ipad that was cracked. It quit working in less than a week. I came back the store and asked them to take a look at it. They said there wasnt a warranty on the repair so I was out of luck. No offer of any partial refund. Im out $220 and still have a broken ipad. Just be sure to get a warranty on the repair. From a customer service stand point this seemed like a pretty big miss on their part.

Samsung referred me here to have my tablet fixed under warranty. I spoke to a person on the phone after scheduling my repair online. I explained what the problem was, and they gave no indication it might be a problem. Dont know why I needed an appointment, because they clearly werent expecting me. They looked at my tablet and then suggested I take it back to the Apple store. Not a great look for an authorized Samsung repair store to not recognize a Samsung tablet, but ok. So then they tell me that they cant get the part because the tablet is too new. It came out a year ago, but alright. Then they want to know if Ive tried calling Samsung. Then I got an email about missing my appointment. I dont know what the point of this place is, other than a hoop to jump through before I can get my two-week old tablet fixed.

Broke my phone while in Little Rock I panic luckily I found Tate at UbreakIfix. He explained the difference in quality between Apple products and the select product and helped me choose the best bang for my buck. He told me 45 minutes but it was way less than that my phone was like new and cheaper that’s what the Apple store was charging me

Excellent service, went there yesterday for the first time because my screen broke. Just remember when they ask for your phone number, to not put the number of the phone that youre getting fixed. Highly recommend going here before going anywhere else. My HP laptop has a shattered screen and I was quoted an insane 500 dollars from HP before they even looked at the damage- also wouldve had to ship it out and itd take about 3 weeks to get fixed. Then, I took it to Best Buy where it was the same old story. They didnt look at the laptop and they wouldve had to ship it out costing me over 400 dollars . It also wouldnt be ready for up to 4-6 weeks. Luckily a buddy recommended this place. The person helping me was super friendly and informative. The bill is less than $200 and will only take about a week to fix. What a relief. It really felt like the other places were scamming me but i felt a sense of trust here.

There just not enough words to express how great this place is!!!! My mom went in yesterday to get her iPhone screen replaced. They are partnered with Apple so they use their parts!! He gave us a discount to begin with and then he noticed that her battery was bad. Which let me say we had just been to the Apple store and they said it was fine. We called the Apple store from this store and they told us they would not cover her battery under warranty because this store fixed her screen. Zach from the store got on the phone with Apple. He got that problem fixed and also got us an appointment for us to go straight to the Apple store to get the battery. If you ever need your phone fixed go to this store. They went above and beyond like I have never seen. Oh and I almost forgot, they gave my mom another $20 off because of her trouble with Apple.

I took my PS4 to them and told them my HDMI port is broken and needs to be replaced. He asked to take it to the back I agreed I heard him take it to the back and hook it up and press the eject button (and of course any PS4 owner knows if there isnt a disc in there it will beep multiple times in succession)... He came back out saying it was unrepairable because it had the blue light of death. I called a week before over the phone and got a quote for it to be repaired. Umm pretty sure he just didnt feel like repairing it.

Ive had my phone fixed twice shattered screen. Both times they where fast, effective, and awesome to work with I got the warranty after the first and it made the second a breeze. Hopefully no more screen cracks for me but good to know Ive got a reliable place to get problems fixes

Went in to fix my shattered screen on my phone for $50 thought it was a great deal since the apple store was $200... came back and my screen was off center, green, and a big black dot was in the bottom left corner... no wonder it was so cheap.I have also talked to several other people about their experiences at ubreakifix and someone told me they stole a game controller from their little brother while it was being fixed. Overall a bad experience.

Went in to get a broken device fixed, got different answers from different employees on if it was possible and how much it would cost. I went ahead and had them do the repair. It held for a little under a month, though the repaired area was noticeably loose, until today when I picked it up and it completely seperated. I went in, since I was told and had on the receipt a six month warranty on repairs, only to be told there was none, and that I was lying because the damage was obviously caused by misuse (originally it was, which is why I paid them to fix it, and have treated it with care since), if picking up a repaired device and watching it fall apart because the screws are loose is misuse though, thats a new definition to me. This is honestly the most unprofessional and outright disrespectful shop Ive had the displeasure of doing business with, and highly recommend avoiding them, I know I will.

These guys brought my phone back to life. Absolutely satisfied with the quality of my phone! Now I can get back to work and I dont have to buy a new phone! I took my iMac to them and they put the memory in for me and took care of an issue that someone else worked on. They never charged me for the service because they couldn’t get the display screen to come on. None of that was their fault. Again it was from someone else’s work. Their over the phone prices are completely different from there in store prices...they over charged me a 100 dollars extra for replacing phone charging port. One of their i-know-it-all staff is rude too.

I came in on August 2 with my phone not being able to connect to my charger properly. At the time I was unaware if it was clogged with dust and debris or an actual broken partObed could see the dust and debris and said it would be a simple clean and if that doesn’t work to go from thereHe was very quick and efficient about getting the clean done. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As an IT professional, this is how I wish all places operated and treated customers. My Samsung Galaxy S10+ screen stopped working for no apparent reason. They said they would diagnose the issue and fix it under warranty if possible, saying they would call me (at my wifes number) with any issues. I thought a connector had somehow come loose, given the symptoms, but the screen actually died. They let me know that they had a replacement screen on hand and would take care of it under warranty. As an Samsung Care facility, they even put it through full diagnostics and QA to make sure it was to factory specifications before handing it back to me. Their estimate for the repair (2 hours) was still accurate and they did good work. Zero complaints. Highly recommend.

Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and were able to fix my phone within a couple of hours. Bruce was extremely patient with me. I came to pick up my phone about 10 minutes after close and still assisted in putting on a screen protector to ensure that my screen would not crack again. I would not use any other repair service!

Incredibly helpful customer service. Im on break from college and came in with a laptop with water damage. Bruce answered every single one of my questions, explained everything they were doing to my laptop, and laid out all the best options for me. They are much more patient, helpful, and cheaper than the Apple Store.

I took my iPad in for repair. They had to wait for a part which would not arrive before I had to leave on a business trip. They took my new mailing address and not long after I arrived for my assignment, there was my iPad in the mail. I hardly missed it.
