Im going to sound like a fake review because of how happy and pleased I was with my visit. I have been having trouble charging my phone for months now and after trying to clean it with a toothpick like the internet said, with no result, I finally decided to buy a new charger port. No other store in Little Rock I called had it in stock except CPR and the cost was $120 plus labor. I was looking into buying the new Iphone 13 because I was so sick of this problem. When I came to the store the professional service guy, cant remember his name but wish I could, took it to the back and worked on it for about 1o minutes instead of just selling me the port. He came back out and it worked perfectly! As far as Im concerned they saved me $1300 on buying a new phone for a problem they easily fixed. I purchased a new screen protector just because I wanted to support this business. 10/10 one of the best interactions Ive had with a store ever.

Needed my ps4 HDMI port repaired. Called several local businesses, Cell Phone Repair not only could take my ps4 that day, but they were the least expensive of the four places I called. I asked if there were any chance it could be repaired by end of day, they said they would do what they could to make it happen. About 90 mins after I dropped my console off, I got a phone call - my PS4 was ready to go! Immaculate work my system runs like a charm again! Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean store, and superb service. I will be bringing all of my broken electronics back here moving forward.

I had troubles keeping a charge on my iPhone. I took it in and within no more than five minutes Dave had fixed the problem. Dave was absolutely wonderful and very professional. I had been unable to hear properly on my iPhone 10 for over 3 months— had to use speaker phone to hear people!! AT&T told me they would have to take my phone for 24 hours in order to get me a new one. Upon recommendation from a friend; I walked in here. He looked at it, said he’d be back in 3 minutes ( it took 2!) and handed my phone to me. It works perfectly!! Unbelievable service and friendly staff!!! I’ll recommend to anyone I can!! THANK YOU!!

I went in to get my iPad mini fixed that was damaged 8 years ago and they repaired it so fast! Everybody was so nice and they got things done in a timely manner! I would 10/10 recommend coming to get any devices repaired here! I’ll definitely be coming back!

So this is not usually the place you want to visit because it means your phone is most likely damaged or you need a part for it. But I have used them twice for screen repair. Prices are reasonable and staff remembered me and always kept in touch. Had my screen on my phone within two hours of the screen arriving at the store. Quick turn around getting my phone back and they do a great job. If you have to get your phone repaired at least there is a decent place for you to go get it repaired. Thanks to gadget pros for getting my phone fixed and back to me in a short amount of time. Can always appreciate that.

New name is CPR Cell Phone Repair. After a previous satisfactory experience, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism after dropping my phone off for repair. After giving them multiple days to ensure they had the proper replacement part in stock, I was given my phone back in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off because the technician took it apart without making sure he had the correct part. The only solution he offered me was a shrug of the shoulders and a Sorry bout that response. Stay far away from this place, there are way too many alternatives in town to receive a better experience.

Sent my laptop here when UBreakIFix couldn’t handle it. Not only did they take care of it for me, but they kept me updated throughout the process of diagnosing and correcting the issue. Capable and transparent.

Amazing service! The screen of my phone was coming off. At first I called uBreakiFix but they said they only repair iPhones and the other expensive brands, and cannot help me with my Huawei phone. However, Gadget Pros were happy to repair my phone, and that too for a reasonable price. They diagnosed that the battery had expanded resulting in the screen coming off, and so the battery had to be replaced. They put an order for the battery, it arrived within 3-4 days and they fixed it right away. These guys are fast, responsive, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

My iPhone 6 was not taking charges all the time and I suspected the charge port needed to be replaced. I called ahead and was advised to stop by for a free inspection and was quoted $59 to replace the port if needed. I thought that was fair so I stopped by and was helped by a professional and courteous man who quickly removed a small lint build-up from the port and said no charge. The port is working perfectly and I will do my best to try and keep the problem from happening again. I appreciate his willingness to fix my problem and did so honestly. I can see why this business has so many great reviews. I will definitely go there again if I need repairs and I will tell my friends to do the same.

Great place! Ive had two good experiences with Gadget Pros in the past week! They replaced an iPhone lightning port for much less than the Apple Store charges and had the work completed the same day. I then took in an old sound module with a non-working audio out. They were not sure if their fix would work and didnt charge me for the repair. I got home to find the fix did work. To boot, they are nice folks to deal with!

Helped me out on Christmas Eve. My phone issue took a while to fix so I got to see interactions with many customers. The employees here are honest and very helpful. In fact, they stayed past closing on Christmas Eve to fix phones for several people.

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had a surface pro with a cracked screen that was beginning to separate from the rest of the computer. David input a new screen and a new battery to fix the computer but it would not turn back on. Turns out when a surface pro has any exposure to outside elements for a prolonged time, the computer will completely shut down and is pretty much shot. David called me and let me know what the issue was, asked what I needed off the computer and added the files to dropbox so I could access them for work. He ordered me a new surface (AT HIS EXPENSE) and input all the necessary parts so it works just like all my old one with all vital info on it. I dropped my brand new Galaxy S6 in water and then couldnt get it to turn on, even after it had spent the night in a bag of rice. I plugged it in because the battery was low when I dropped it in, and so I was sure I had fried everything inside. I lost a sleepless night, in agony over my dumb mistakes.Well, should have saved myself the misery! Gadget Pros completely fixed my phone. Much more affordable than a new phone! The only thing not 100% functional was the front camera, which they gave me the option of replacing. I opted to save money and sacrifice future selfies. Otherwise, it would be as good as new again. Totally recommend this place.

The screen on my iPhone 5s went out--touch screen wouldnt work, the display turned purple with lines then faded to black. I walked in, the gadget guys diagnosed the problem right away, and they fixed my phone within 45 min. They even added a tempered glass cover to the new screen for no extra charge. The price was $50 cheaper than what I was quoted at the Apple Store. Great customer service, no wait time, and no Apple Store bullshit. I HIGHLY recommend GadgetPros.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I broke my iPhone 5 into two pieces after I dropped it from a balcony. I kid you not, the screen was attached to the frame of this phone by a single wire. I took it to Gadget Pros hoping somehow, they could do something, anything, to make it somewhat functional again. I thought I might be phone-less for days. Plus I wasnt going to get off work until 6 (right when they close) the day I took it in. Not only did they have it put together and fully functional within one afternoon, but the General Manager of the place was willing to open the store up for me to pick it up right after I got off work. The customer service here is absolutely amazing and all the repairs Ive ever had done were more than reasonably priced. So long as there is a location anywhere near where I live, Ill NEVER take my phone ANYWHERE else for repairs.

I really wanted to like this place, but found myself continually frustrated by their lack of communication in a long term project. I initiated every contact with the company as they tried to repair the keys on my laptop for months, eventually having to give up, pick up my computer and start from scratch elsewhere.It sounds like they are really good with bread and butter, short term issues but I cant recommend them based on this experience.

I have had my phone repaired by Matt, at Gadget Pros, twice. Both times he got right on it and had my phone back to me quickly. He also couldnt have been more friendly or reasonable on the pricing. I wont go anywhere else.

I called 11.27.2015 to inquire about ways to fix mobile devices related to liquid damage, I was advised of a one time drop off fee of $20.00, I was also advised of an additional fee of $79.00+ if phone activity was restored. I RUSHED to their Rodney Parham location based off of Googles 5 stars. I paid the one time drop off fee and was advised 3-5 business days for liquid damage treatment. I called on the third day and was advised my phone was at their Bryant location, advised to allow more time... I called the Bryant store yesterday 12.4.2015, the young man didnt know who I was and confirmed my phone was not at their store. I went to pick up my phone today 12.5.2015, I was advised my phone suffered corrosion beyond repair. Something told me because of the run around I suffered to plug my phone up to a charger, I did.. My phone, my note five came on with no problem.. I say all this to say, they lied about ever attempting to repair my phone. They lied about taking my phone apart, if so, theres no way I would be typing this review. Run! Run! Run! If you are suffering liquid damage your better off allowing your phone to sit for about one week (like gadget pros) allowed mine and itll come back on. Dont waste time and energy on that one time drop off fee... If they didnt want my business, that was all they had to say. I will not recommend this company to anyone, what I will do is post this comment along with my receipt to my FB so my 5000+ friends will RUN! Horrible service! Unnecessary time wasted.. Money paid for something I could have did myself, allowed my phone to sit like you all did...

I had a very poor experience at Gadget Pros. They special ordered a part for my phone. When I dropped my phone off for repair, I was told that I would be emailed once it was ready to be picked up. No one contacted me, so I finally called the store. I was told that the part they had ordered was bad and would need to be reordered, but I could come pick the phone up and wait for the part to get it. Not a huge deal, but when I picked the phone up I couldnt turn the screen on. Gadget Pros informed me that something must have happened when they were taking apart the phone and therefore the phone screen wouldnt turn on. I brought in a functional phone, and I was handed back a useless phone. I was offered no apology and the men in the store seemed confused as to why I was irritated. They told me that I would need to wait a week for the part to come in, during which time I would be without a phone. Again, Gadget Pros seemed clueless as to why someone would find this an unacceptable situation. They made my phone worse and made no attempt to reconcile the situation.

My moms iPad had the Lightning port break off inside it. I called Gadget Pros and explained the situation. Told me to bring it by. They had it fixed before I got a coffee next door, checked that it was charging properly, and didnt even charge us! Talk about saving my bacon. I bought parts online from the clowns at a different shop, a franchise whose name I wont mention that also sells parts on the intertubz. THOSE guys couldnt - or wouldnt -remove a screw with a stripped head. They also kept the phone all day.THESE guys can and will handle a broken screw because they know how and when to improvise. Theyre also knowledgable enough to be able to look at the device and give a reasonable time estimate. GO HERE.
