Id like to give my tech support guy Courtney⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍👍👍 He was very nice, curtious, and FAST he solved my problem quickly, if I ever have any other problems its him Id like to solve my problems, he understood the importance of being connected so my grandchildren wouldnt miss school, again thanks Courtney.
Terrible customer service!!!! The internet is not that great but unfortunately I can’t anything else where I live and they’re the only option for a landline phone but they say they can’t give me service because it would cost THEM to much to upgrade THEIR equipment. Try calling and every time I seem to get “disconnected”. They are awful!!!
Internet speed is terrible. Phone goes out half the time. Pay way to much for basically nothing. Would not recommend
