I purchased the 2021 Hyundai Tucson (in April) and I love it. It was a smooth purchase from beginning to end. I was offered top price for my trade in and received a great price for the vehicle I purchased. I wasn’t treated like ‘a regular customer that was looking to spend money’, instead I valued as a person.I’m now back to get my 1st oil change and the floor manager I was introduced to in April remembered me. Really… who remembers someone you had a brief conversation with, that wasn’t their customer, from 5 months ago?As for my vehicle, I absolutely love it. Great gas mileage, smooth driving/riding, an absolute joy! I would definitely recommend Crain Hyundai LR and the Hyundai Tucson.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My car was initially being serviced in June . At that time the motor was being replaced . Ok no big deal . It’s not their fault the motor went out . It’s under warranty so again no problem. After a month of no loaners and paying for my own rental for a month, no one answers the phone, if they do it’s like you are bothering them bc they are completely understaffed . Got my car back for a few days and my husband noticed that there was no oil on the oil stick it was bone dry. I took a video and reached out to the service manager the same day but he wasn’t in so I emailed it to another staff member . The next day my car has to go BACK to the shop where it’s been since July, . I get so many different answers from so many different people it’s ridiculous. I will say that Steve the service manager has taken all my calls with honesty even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear and also with extreme patience. Every time I speak with him I do feel like he is empathetic to my situation and that some stuff is out of his hands, they need to pay people accordingly so that, they people who actually are qualified are more apt to l one to work. But the fact that out of three months of my car being serviced with them there’s no reason as to why a company as big as Crain doesn’t have any loaner available . And doesn’t give a damn about what’s being paid from another persons pocket

We have a very good experience purchasing our Palisade from Crain Hyundai salesman Clarence Finley.He was very helpful, even help me get a better trade in price for my old car.He was not pushy. The new palisade has a lot of new techs, new gadgets, he help me setup and explain the important one. Also, offer me, anytime, if I have questions, I can call count on him.If you want a Hyundai, Clarence will be a good person to work with.

These people wanted to pull my credit to go on a test drive. The car I own now cost twice as much as the one I was going to purchase from these people. I might not have liked the car, but was supposed to take the credit hit. I already think ill of car salesmen, thank you Crain Hyundai of Little Rock for proving me right.Guys, don’t you ever send your wife, mother, sisters, & or daughters to this place by themselves. Myself & my wife were there two minutes, & she was ready to leave. After we said no to them pulling our credit, they tried to sale us a car we didn’t want, or ask for. Good grief, just stay away from this place. SMH.

Ladies, take a man with you that knows what is going on. They have had my mothers car for a month and a half. They cant keep their lies straight. We WILL be having her car looked over to make sure they repaired it and didnt do anything extra. That is if they ever fix it to begin with.Update: My mother received a call this morning after I put my review up. Seems as though that is the only time they call. She was told that they have half the mind, (yeah), to just not do anything with her car because of her and my review. I will keep you updated on how this handled.

When I dropped it off was told I only need a key and and a number on April 9th. Told it need a part will be two weeks. Calling constantly trying to get update. Finally get call now the part is on back order after the two weeks. So it is indeterminate time that I will get my vehicle. Just paying insurance and car note all while bumming rides. Today is May 15th. Maybe someone will have some info for me on Tuesday, Hunter.

Crain has severely disappointed me. I would think that by me having a Crain Hyundai that my service would be better & more caring. This was a ridiculous sorry service experience. I dealt with them for about a month with same issue and was told they saw nothing & then finally they saw a hose needed to be replaced & I paid for a part and supposedly it was replaced....SUPPOSEDLY....Ended up taking my vehicle else where only to find out the hose wasnt replaced and thats why coolant was leaking terribly. I could have burned up my engine......Thanks for your so called QUALITY SERVICE CRAIN HYUNDAI OF LITTLE ROCK.

I actually went to the Nissan dealership first. I walked around looking at the cars they had, for about 20 minutes. Not one sales person asked me if I needed help. So, I drove across the street to Crain Hyundai, and before I could even park, and get out, I was approached by a young man named Aaron. He was great, he helped me, and was friendly and showed me what a great sales experience should be like. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Mr Tevin Cooley is why I love Crain Hyundai. He was the 6th car dealership salesman I had contacted. Two of them never contacted me, CarMart told me they didn’t do used car warranties (essential for me), one salesman told me if I was ever in Benton-to stop by (I have no vehicle!), and I’m still waiting for Bill Blanchard, the salesman from Bill Fitts to call me back after I called him several times and each time he told me “I’m still looking for something for you…” Mr Cooley took me and my car search seriously and confidently assured me that he could find me the right car for me. I drove out of Crain Hyundai in a 2021 Hyundai Accent! I am SO happy and still excited every time I see my new car! Mr Cooley went to bat for me & delivered above and beyond! He is an asset to the Crain Hyundai dealership and an outstanding example of professionalism and excellent salesmanship!

Came in for repairs a couple months ago, w/in my warranty, they didnt fix the problem. Now Im here to try and get it fixed properly, but evidently Im 3 months outside of my warranty (convenient for them) so now I have to pay or wait and see if they will give me a goodwill repair bc the problem isnt covered now.all this after a complete transmission replacement when my car was 2 years old, and my 3 year old Ford Focus from them having critical engine issues that took months of visits and driving loaners to get anything done.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLEETA Details:Made a repair that didnt fix the problem, while I was under warranty. Then when I brought it back in, for the exact same problem, but after I had paid it off and just barely outside the warranty, refused to make it right, refused to make the correct, more expensive, repair. When I said that this should be made right, I was told that the only person in the company that could ok it was away and not answering his phone. When I asked to speak to the GM, I was taken into the repairs office with the lead serviceman and an office manager who told me the repair wasnt really the same even after I repeated several times that it was the exact same problem. then she asked well why didnt you come back immediately? to which I replied that I am high risk and we are in the middle of a pandemic and that I had called afterwards and told insistently that they had fixed what was wrong. Not to mention it is an infrequent problem, that has recently become more and more prevalent AND is a known issue with these cars. Even the Service manager said that your shop always keeps a few of the parts on hand because they do them fairly often. This repair follows me having to have the ENTIRE transmission replaced on this brand new car and, following a similar problem with a brand new Ford Focus I purchased from Crain prior to this, that I ended up having to trade in, because it had critical issues involving a dry clutch.I fully understand issues with the car itself. I absolutely do not understand telling a customer who has already given your company a second chance by buying this car, having you perform a repair that turned out to not be the right one, and then refusing to make the mistake right by performing the correct repair.Not to mention that immediately after I left the shop, I received the rage inducing email offering me a great deal on my trade-in that could keep me in the payment I had before.

Little Rock Crain Hyundai was a positive shopping experience for us, we did lots of research before hand and once we drove the 2021 Santa Fe Limited turbo we were in love. Staff from manager, sales and finance were low stress ad very helpful careful not to turn on the salesy BS, they appreciated our research and we came armed with information to share once pricing happened. It took no time to meet our requirements and we made the deal. they sourced the exact vehicle we wanted and it was immaculate when we picked it up. Got all the instruction we asked for and questions happily answered. Very satisfied and now we have had our vehicle for a couple of weeks we have zero regrets. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Worst buying experience Ive ever had!The internet price is different than the actual price of the car once you arrive. They added their option items floor mats, alarm system, ect and jack the price up for these items just to make more money out of you.TDLROnce you sign the papers dont expect any help getting your paperwork for your license plate. Took 40 days for them to send it out. I thought 30 days would be enough because you have to register and pay sales tax within 30 days. Dont count on it here. When my paperwork didnt arrive I went to the dealership for help. Finance manager was less than helpful. Said he would track it down. 10 days later nothing. Tried calling and voicemail. No call back. Literally had to drive to dealership 3 times to find my license paperwork.FULL REVIEWBought a 2021 Palisade and they didnt send out the paperwork to get a license until 30 days after I bought it. I went to the dealership to see why I hadnt received my paperwork yet and the finance manage was rude and didnt want to help. He said he would find where it was at and to call back tomorrow. I tried calling back but he was busy so the receptionist took my info down for him to call me back. I heard nothing back. Also now my license plate is now expired so I went back again the Crain Hyundai of Little Rock. My finance manger was out of the office that day but another one was there and he gave me a new temp tag until they could find out where my registration paperwork was at. Another week and I heard nothing so I went back (Do they care about their customers?). Third trip to dealership and my finance manager who was suppose to be helping me had zero info about my paperwork and had done nothing to find it.Thankfully another finance person, who actually cares about their customers, helped me track it down at their corporate office in Sherwood. I had to drive there myself because of the incompetent finance manger. If I hadn’t kept harassing them I never would of gotten my license.I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HYUNDAI AGAIN because of their rude and useless finance mananger. I hate spending $40k at a place and having to deal with someone who acts like they are doing me a “favor” when they are suppose to be doing their job.

Do you want the best experience ever while buying your new Hyundai? I really do suggest you go to Crain Hyundai of Little Rock. My guy, Antonio Shawders, is the guy to see. I had a previously bad experience at another Hyundai place and when I told him about it he told me to come see him. Im thinking yeah heres someone else trying to pull a fast one. But, not only did he basically turn that mistake around, I drove off in a 2021 Kona SEL PLUS. My APR was cut more than in half. Thats with a credit score 60 points less than when I went to the other place. Like I said, had a previous bad experience. When you meet a salesman like Antonio, and the rest of the crew in Little Rock. It really shows that Costumer Satisfaction is still a real thing. I give Crain Hyundai of Little Rock the best of all. 100/100.

Crain Hyundai Little Rock Service department saved me unknow $$ and time over the Jerkoffs at Crain Hyundai North Little Rock Service department. on 4/23 after having the car in the service bay for all of maybe 10 minutes I was told I needed a head gasket on a 2017 plug in hybrid Sonata with 38K miles,,(about 24K of that in full EV mode) Also that they would need the car till Mid-May to complete the work. When asked if they would check the Crain LR dealership to see if they could get to it sooner I was told you can call If you want Well I did call and LR service department got it in next day at 12:00 and out by 5:00, No head gasket needed only oil change. This is not the first time I have had issues with Service dept. in NLR over the time I have had my 4 Hyundai autos.

Worst ever dealership i have ever seen. Three different rates. High rate for 0%. And internet price is for regular financing with high APR 6%. They are so rude and will give you high price. I recently bought hyundai santa fe 2020. Finally i bought that from hyundai at hot springs. I’ll recommend you just call them once. They give you a very low price than hyundai crain all 3 in little rock. The reason i was mad on them i had a corolla 2020 with 5000 miles and they offer me 15000 for trade in. And i sell my car for 18208 to Carvana. I will suggest you if you want to buy a car and want to trade in. Don’t go to these dealers. Please try carvana. Sell them and after that buy a car. Will request you guys again try to call other dealers outside crain. They will give you a better price than these crain rude guys.

Great service as usual. Our cars were taken in on time and finished quickly. We waited outside under the trees and brought our own chairs. We were able to pay via phone so we did not have to go in, but the service person did have to bring out our credit card ticket to sign. It would be nice if it was totally contactless checkout. Also I had to remind the service person to put on his mask, but he did so without a problem.

I leave and call the service advisor and I explain what just took place and his comments were I’m sorry don’t know what happened and he really can’t speak to it. We recently bought a car from Crain Hyundai, and based on our experience, wed recommend them. Mark Madison was helpful in every way. I had questions about this particular vehicle beyond the info in the listing, and he went out of his way to find out the answers for me. This helped me feel confident enough to go to Little Rock to see the vehicle in person. Problem was that I didnt have a way to get to Little Rock. So Clarence came all the way out--an hour away--to pick our family up and drive us to Crain. When we got there, we met Mark, who allowed us all the time we needed to check the car over and test drive it. There was no pressure. Dealership pulled my wife’s credit without her permission. She specifically told them not to pull until they had a deal. Salesman Kevin said he did not have her credit pulled. When I spoke to the GM on 8-29-20 he said they would rectify it. Spoke to GM on 9-2-20 and he told my wife they did it to get her to a desired payment. I then called on her behalf and explained to him that what they did was illegal without consent. He still refused. This dealership is not WOMAN friendly. Crain your up, time to rectify.

I called this location on 7/24/20 to inquire about a warranty service on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I was transferred twice and finally got the service managers (Hunter) voice mail. I left a detailed message about my question and my return number. I never received a call (as of 8/3/20). If he cant help me, that is understandable, but he could call and let me know. It just tells me where I wont spend my money when I need work that I will have to pay for.

Worst customer service experience I’ve witnessed. Poor handling of customer service during the Covid pandemic. Refusal to admit to mistakes on their behalf, causing trouble on the customer’s end, and continue to fail to accommodate to the situation. The service department is very hard to reach! I have called several times to Crain Hyundai in LR to get my Genesis serviced, because with this car purchase it has a valet service. The NLR branch doesn’t service them. Because I can’t reach anyone, I have now had to reach out to Genesis Incorporation. Don’t sell me a product and not adhere to the standards that you set forth.

I would have given this review one star. However, Crain Hyundai of Little Rock didnt disappoint me on there selection of cars and customer service. Our sales associate was very kind and not pushy, he let us test drive and inspect our choice of vehicle all we wanted. I believe this warranted at least an extra star and I recommend this dealership for reasons stated above.I also want to point out that I do not normally write bad reviews, you can look through my moderate size log of reviews and see it for yourself. I write bad reviews when I truly had a bad experience.My wife and I had carefully chosen a car that we liked, after much consideration. It was now the time to negotiate the price which included financing and a trade in of our existing car. This is where our experience ceased to be joyful. I understand the dealership has to make money, its a business after all. However, the sales team didnt even want to negotiate past there first offer, yes one offer and nothing else. I have been lucky enough to have purchased 2 new cars in the last 2 -3 years and lets just say I have never, not once, had this issue. On top of that, there offer was bogus. Before this sale went down, they singled my wife and I out and said We really want to sell this car, we are willing to cut a good deal, yet they gave me one single bad offer? You see that doesnt add up. The sales team claimed that, well the online price was really low and we dont know why. My wife has 6 years of sales experience and as for myself, I have 4 years. How can I put this nicely..... That is your fault Crain Hyundai of Little Rock, not mine. If there is one rule of sales that I would say a vast majority of every company follows, you cant blame the customer for your issue. Basically, they were trying to buy our trade in for a stupid low value to make up for the cost of there mistake. Which, we dont even know if thats true, thus far they have lied to me about the we are ready to sale statement.I am willing to admit it, maybe I am just your normal upset costumer because the deal I wanted was too good. If that is the case, then so be it and I admit to my stupidity. However, I do my research and I also know a few dealership owners here in Arkansas, minus Crain of course. I did get second opinions from reputable dealerships in Arkansas and they have all agreed that Crain, you did something funky with me. I am not going to point any fingers toward individuals, I am not upset. Truth is, if this is the game Crain is playing they will never sell that car.I do appreciate your time to the individual that let my wife and I test drive. I am sorry that both of our times were wasted. I guess I will take my business else where because even if I was to get a good deal. At this point it better be something I cannot resist. I am not dealing with a dealership that wont even negotiate.

Let me start by saying thank you. I learned a lot from my experience with you. I have many points I would love to share about my day, but in effort to keep things brief, I will hit the highlights.First, I loved the way we had to wait 20+ minutes for someone to help us look at a car. It was quite different than the other dealerships I visited that day where there was someone waiting for you by the door. Lovely.Next, I really appreciated that out of all the cars on your lot, you would only show me two. I guess it could be overwhelming to have to see all of the cars you would like. So nice.Also, both cars that you WOULD show me were both out of my price range by over 1K. Maybe you were just trying to expand my limitations. How considerate of you.I would also like to point out that out of the TWO cars you showed me one was a very bright red, while the other was a ridiculous shade of orange. Maybe if I did go colorblind like YOU SUGGESTED that I did, those colors would be appealing. Guess I wont know.Another fantastic aspect of my afternoon was when you tried to convince me that the ONE car I asked to see, I would absolutely hate it. You brought up the point that you are a dad to two daughters older than me (false. You told me your daughters ages and I am two years older than your eldest.) who both hate that model, and that I should too. Then you REFUSED to show me one, after listing all of the bad qualities. Very thoughtful of you.Lastly, I would love to take note of the way you treated me while I was there. The way you spoke down to me the entire time, as if I was a child, was just the best darn part of my day. Im only 23 years old, so why WOULD you take me seriously? It wasnt as if I was trying to buy a car from you or anything. But you keep on treating people that way. Good for you.Now, like I said, THANK YOU. Thank you for leading me right across the street to find a very nice salesman AND the car I had asked you to show me. I am now a very proud new owner, thanks to you.

Bought my new 2020 Hyundai on October 26, 2019. Its now January 22, 2020 and I still have not received my paper work necessary to get my tags.The Littlerock location has made many promises but has yet to come through.Ive tried calling the corporate office several times but cant get pass the receptionist.Trerrible way to treat customers!BAD BUSINESS!

Very bad experience with this dealership. Spent a lot of time going back and forth trying to work out a decent and reasonable deal, instead I was offered crazy interest rates and unreasonable deals. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. I was disappointed on how we were treated.

Crain +FORD+ had had a dismal ranking in the community for over a decade. Id heard on the last year they were getting better (but this is Hyundai, notice) and we had a pretty nice time. The lady was knowledgeable and not pushy. My girlfriend ended up buying a car from there.Well see how this goes over time - havent talked to the automotive guys yet - but everybody else seems happy, including the customers.

Just okay dealership. The service is extremely expensive. I had to purchase a new tire for my Ioniq which has tiny tires. I also needed an oil change. It was $193 for both. Very expensive IMO.

Mitsubishi. The absolute worst car on the market. The last mitsubishi I bought had 18 factory defects. Mitsubishi refused to take the car back. One defect the brakes locked up and I almost slide off a cliff. The last defect literally almost killed me. The motor locked up while I was driving down the highway. I was lucky I was not killed. Stay clear of all Mitsubishi dealerships. The cars are death traps in my opinion.

Let me tell you about my extraordinary experience at the service department at Crain Hyundai Little Rock. I took my minivan there on 7/13/2017 to have them replace a turn signal bulb which wasnt functioning properly. They took it apart and found the bulb was fine but the connection between the socket and the bulb needed some adjustment. They did that for absolutely no charge and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes with a functioning turn signal. Awesome job guys...I cant thank you enough!

They ran my credit and I got a several hard inquiries after a verbally stated several times that I did not want my credit ran. I even explained how this had happened before and verified several times that they werent going to give me a hard inquiry. What a terrible way to run a business. Not to mention the car they supposedly gave me an amazing offer on was cheaper online.

Very unfortunate that they advertised a price on their website, I called and verified the price. When I showed up they added 4k to it and acted clueless and hostile. Already had financing approved from my bank just needed to actually get the car. They lost two good buyers forever. Had no issues at other places. Emanuel was very hostile.

Bad service department. Misdiagnosis, replaced wrong part, failed to notify customer upon part arrival, wrong part ordered and installed. Simple: I brought in my Sante Fe with intermittent false oil light and gas gauge readings and I said it was electrical because both were affected. They said it could not be electrical, they said it must be a bad gas level detection unit and ordered one. They said they could not find the problem with the oil sensor light. 5 days and several hundred dollars later I got my car back. Now after Crain (NLR) service: the oil light came back on and the gas gauge is still erratic, plus I can now hear wires sizzling in the dash and there is now a strong smell of gas in the car.

Cant fix our car after several attempts. Wont honor agreements. Lies when paperwork is signed. Called liars cause they cant figure out how to fix issues. Sales people are pushy. Definitely not a place to go.
