For the 2017 tax year, they filed my corporate taxes late and claimed they didnt. The IRS charged me a $2800 penalty, plus interest.Each notice I received from the IRS, was taken to her office. Her receptionist claimed that shed get back to me asap. Through 3 notices and the IRS notifying me that the next step was seizing assets, I received ONE phone call from her, and that was only to tell me that she would call the IRS the next day.She never returned calls after that. Creditors were calling me to notify me that the IRS was warning them of impending asset seizure, Amy still wouldnt return my calls.Her refusal to communicate with me or the IRS forced me to call the IRS and handle the $2800 and interest. Ive come to understand that this is normal for her, as she has routinely screwed up payroll for many of my friends and has made the same late filing error for others.
