Easy appointments, great staff and clean place.$35.00 not bad but jumping to $42.00October 1, 2021. That is insane for Little Rock Arkansas. That’s not even with a shampoo.I will miss this place but way too expensive for a haircut. DogTown still holding at $30.00 or $35.00 for haircut and shampoo. I saw one review where it said Handlebar is “Over confident with the $7.00 price hike” and “price gouging”. I have to agree, sadly.

I finally found my barbershop, amazing atmosphere and very clean shop. Very friendly staff. I showed my barber a picture of what I wanted and he gave me something 3x better! Still new to getting undercuts and designs but I love it!

Well staffed and extremely friendly, they have found a way to make it feel normal even with COVID restrictions. I have had three different barbers that I would ask for again when I go back. Kids haircut was adorable and professional, along with working well with my child during the cut. My favorite part is the attention to my beard when it starts to grow out to much and needs a clean trim to look great.

Unfortunately, moving my barber to Little Rock was not an option and flying to LA every three weeks isnt practical.Enter Handle Barbershop, a stunning shop in the heart of downtown Little Rock.I was one of two customers on this cold and dreary October afternoon, sitting on the opposite end of the storefront from the other guy. Alain took care of me, a skintight mid fade, while wearing a mask. Had me in-and-out in no more than 30 minutes, feeling like a human again. Very clean work. The razor finish a must.Came home to a happy and approving wife. Now ready to celebrate our first anniversary, looking fresh.Happy to call this my new home for haircuts.

I will not be returning and I’d advise against others going to Pachi. I requested nothing done to the top of my hair, and just to slim up the sides and back. My haircut involved at least 2 inches being taken off the top of my hair, and the sides literally longer than the front

What can I say about the best barber shop in good ol Little Rock. First off how can you not walk in just from looking at the shop. The windows stretch across the whole shop giving it a very welcoming atmosphere. You walk in and the ascetic of the shop just grabs you. The lay out is perfect relax on the couch or the chairs while waiting for your cut. Listen to the good music flowing through the shop or the conversations.. because that’s barbering at its best. There’s nothing like a flow of conversation throughout the shop while your in the chair whether with your barber or the client next to you just a great vibe all around. The cuts I mean come on... choose your guy! Each style or haircut you want there’s a barber there that fills your needs. All in all one of the best shops in south. And one of the best up and coming shops look out these guys are the REAL DEAL.

Recently move to LR and was looking for a great barber. I found many 5star reviews of guys at Handle and had to give it a try after a failed attempt elsewhere. I scheduled with Jacob and couldn’t have been more pleased. Amazingly detailed and I received the best cut I’ve ever had. This is my place moving forward. Super cool shop. It seemed that all the guys there would be more than capable to handle any cut.

I have been going to Handle since they opened and have never had a bad experience.If you want a legit good haircut it is the place to go.

The guys that run this shop are very professional and are masters of their trade. When I was in LR for some training, I went to Handle Barbershop the whole 6 weeks. As soon as you enter the shop, they treat you right. They offer a greeting and a beverage. I would look online to schedule a appointment just because it gets busy certain parts of the day. The price is reasonable. They have a hot/cold towel which is amazing when getting your cut. I didnt get to try them all but I usually stick to one barber for continuity. I started with Austin and he did not disappoint. I also had Jacob, he was a new addition to the shop but he has a ton of experience and gave me a detailed cut. The bald fade is my go to cut. Handle is a friendly spot with good music that creates a chill atmosphere. I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Handle! You cant go wrong with any of the guys there. Its basically like hanging out with your buddies in a cool atmosphere with a downtown vibe and cool music. But these friends know how to cut hair, really well! The warm towels after a straight edge shave is awesome. Everyone is so laid back and they take their time to do it right. I wanted to change up my hair slightly and Cody listened and created the outcome I was hoping for. I just put my trust in him and he succeeded!

From the time I opened the door to when I walked out I was pleased with my experience. Cody did an excellent job on my hair. Total attention to detail. No more chop shops. Precision Haircut, hot towel neck shave, peppermint cold towel to feel refreshed, and hair styled for the rest of my day. Will return as long as the doors are open.

The shop is fairly new to downtown Little Rock, but it’s a great central location is perfect just about anyone in a 30 mile radius to come and get an amazing cut from any of these great barbers. I personally see Austin Shelton 2 times a month and it’s a perfect experience on top of a great cut, beard trim, and razor shave. The shop is clean, and is so comfortable being in. I promise you can’t go wrong setting up an appointment here. Business men, working men, or any one out there kids included.

My friend booked me an appointment here to show me how “great” it was compared to where I’d been going...in his opinion. I was really looking forward to it actually, the concept is great and the guy’s are all personable (except the one I got, but I’ll get to that) the vibes are good overall and I might try it again however, I will definitely NOT allow the guy I had last time to do my hair ever again! His demeanor was smug and condescending, he didn’t want to do what I asked, so I had to settle for a haircut that’s not what I wanted. Besides that he kept bashing these people he used to work with, but to be honest I feel like it was his loss their gain, Just terrible experience all the way around, and his haircut was trash. If you come here just avoid Jacob he’s got issues.

Austin got me in his chair right away and cut my hair just like I have been needing. He took his time and made sure everything was even and nice. I have found my new barber. Cody has been my barber for years, so I already knew the cut was gonna be on point. From the many artistic touches (the custom barber chairs are incredible) to the ambiance of the shop, the whole place is just downright impressive. My name is Mo went today for a pixie with Jacob. Absolutely the best I don’t have to overly explain myself to get what I want how I want it. I’ve had Cody cut my hair love it love at first scissor cut (a lot done without much explaining he knows what he’s doing) but I made the mistake to get it “trimmed” by someone else at another shop worst mistake but Jacob saved me and my interview today. I won’t ever betrayed them I felt bad for cheating. The vibes, the no JUDGE zone the most liberating feeling in the world being here and getting a cut without being judge because I’m a chick wanting to rock a pixie or a short style. I always go to a barber shop to get my haircut for the atmosphere and quality of the cut but usually my standards are low as long as it’s a neat cut and short enough. This place specifically Austin who cut my hair went above and beyond and made me actually look at my cut and genuinely appreciate the effort he put into it. I haven’t had a cut that made me double take in the mirror in a long time. Repeat customer for sure!

First time I had Alain. Cut and styled my hair the way I showed him and I’m pretty particular about my hair. Really quiet though.Edit: About a few months later...went in a second time because I had a generally good experience the first time. Weird vibes walking in. Just sorta stared at me like they didn’t really want me there. Sat down, everyone was just really quiet, including my barber. Really awkward. After I paid, on my way out, everyone just stared at me like I wasn’t welcome there. Like I walked right past one of the barbers, and he just stared at me like I was some weirdo. Probably won’t come back again.
