I had this insurance company for a couple of years. For a short while I was getting good discounts they were patient and worked very hard on my policy. But once i had to get another vehicle the transition was a nightmare. Most of the time when I needed help it was after 3 pm after I got off work and it seemed like no one was around to answer my calls. Now one works weekends there at all. I had to call the after hours number. I had to talk to ten different people and no one new anything about my policy. My bill kept getting hire each time I called them. I almost had to pay 438 Dollars a month. I just couldnt handle it any more. Had to let them go.
