We rented our AV equipment from Conference Technologies for the AHA Vendor Showcase & Convention. George and his team went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, to assist when our speakers had AV questions, and to provide a set up that made for the optimum experience for our attendees. In particular, we had a new set up for our bar competition this year, and a new educational area on the show floor that were very successful! Not to mention all they do for our Iron Chef competition. CTI can look at the whole picture and offer suggestions and best options that I either havent thought about or didnt understand. Whenever Im working with a venue for a meeting, I make sure that I can use CTI for my a/v needs. One year, they even put together a last minute live broadcast for me when a speakers flight was cancelled and they couldnt make it - so we just had the speaker live on the screen while they were really back home. The costs are more than fair and everything is high quality. We have high-detailed pictures in our presentations and CTI is able to provide the equipment to view it in HD. They also have everything I need to make our awards ceremony stage look professional and incredible. I highly recommend Conference Technologies, Inc.!
