Driver was 1.5 hour and we missed checking in our luggage time. Which caused my daughter to have to throw some expensive items away, because it wasnt allowed on the Carry on luggage although it could have went under the plane.

I used this service for transport from LIT to my hotel in North Little Rock. The driver told me I could schedule a pickup for the day I was leaving Little Rock and they would take me to the airport that morning. I scheduled a pickup online a few days before I needed to be picked up and nobody ever came to pick me up for when I was scheduled to be picked up. I called them and they told me they moved my pickup to 30 minutes earlier, but they never informed me of this. I ended up taking a much cheaper Uber ride to the airport that morning.

The driver was polite, but the ride was horrific! He cranked his music up so that he could stay awake. He was swerving all over the road because he was using his hands to dance to the music. The speed kept varying between 5 miles under the speed limit to 15 over. The windshield was cracked, and the dash kept saying oil changed required and tire pressure low. I got very close to asking him if I could drive. Every few miles I was checking on the closest Uber in case we broke down or crashed. Next time, Ill take the Uber!!!

The service I received was very courteous and professional. The driver went out of his way to return the items I had left in the car. When traveling to Little Rock I will always look for Inter-City Transportation.
