Replaced my 21 year old unit with very little down time on my cooling, which is good because today is supposed to be 98 degrees this afternoon. Heat index not included! 6/23/21 - They came out to fix a major leak in our outside faucet that had caused a flood under our house. They also fixed another outside faucet and a bathroom faucet that was putting out just a trickle of water. Chris went above and beyond, including getting soaking wet going under the house - he did a great job and was super nice on top of that! 😊8/5/21 - today Russell came out to do a spring check-up on our AC - he was very professional and very friendly, despite our dogs barking at him!

The BEST!! These guys were amazing. Very professional. Blew their competitors out of the water with their expertise during the initial quote. Installed a gas line, replaced cracked drain in 100 year old house we are renovating. Having them back to quote a full HVAC install. Recommend fully.

According to the estimator on the phone when I tried to book them for a quote, “Mr McGinty won’t do work at apartment complexes.” Doesn’t make a bit of sense. It’s the SAME thing! One HVAC is out and these people have no reasonable excuse why they won’t even quote it. Go somewhere else.

I have used BR McGinty for several projects including plumbing and AC maintenance. They are reasonably priced and do great work. I like that they send you a picture of your tech before they arrive so you know who to expect.

BEWARE! I hired them to fix an ac leak, and after paying them $2241.92 it still leaked and they wanted to do more warranty work. I sent them a certified letter telling them what I thought about that. They deserve a negative 5 in my opinion.

A/C unit went out and called BR Mcginty to access the situation. They came out same day and were very helpful while walking us through our options. Gave three different unit estimates, which I thought was super helpful. No in house financing,but they did recommend Arvest and two other options to assist in financing. I went with Arvest, which I found to be a smooth and easy process. Called in the morning to chose the unit and they were able to come out that same day and installed the unit. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. The unit looks great! They didnt leave any mess laying around the yard. It was as clean as if theyd never been there. Just top notch service! I had my main kitchen sink drain line leaking under a very tight crawl space. The first two plumbers that came over declined to do the work. Solid work!!Ok now a few weeks after that I had crawl space cleaners here and they noticed a pipe leaking and I called them last minute to come repair so the other workers could get back at it. This was the second quote we got for this job (plumbing changes for bathroom and kitchen remodel, replace hot water heater, install gas line for gas grill) and the price was well below the first quote. The plumbers were on site the day after we approved the quote (we need this work finished so we can get flooring installed and Randy adjusted schedules so we could get this moving quickly). The plumbers (Chris and Matt) have been very professional, worked very quickly, and have listened when we had to make a couple changes/additions to the job. Also, Chris gave us the name of a bathroom fixture supplier so we could select and purchase fixtures for the new shower we are having installed. Very professional, but didnt really help me. First they didnt give me a window of when they would just up, BUT they did call me before hand to give me about a 30min window, and texted me a pic of the technician, which was nice.But he showed up and immediately told me they dont service the type of water heater I have, which I think as something that should have been discussed over the phone. He did stay and help me try to troubleshoot, but it was essentially just an expensive service call for nothing since they dont work (or warranty) on these types. Thats a simple question to ask on the initial phone call. But all that aside, very nice, professional and knowledgeable

We had some odd things going on with our air and the other people I think just didnt take the time to listen or to check out other things besides freon. The 2nd guy acted like we were paranoid or something on his 2nd trip out and we said we would take pics of freezing for proof. Sure enough got plenty of pics but decided on McGinty instead. We had heard about them on The Fish radio and just felt lead to them! Came the same day we called, listened to my husband tell what others had done and weird things still happening. Within 30 min replaced a small part, found a wire that was incorrectly attached by the 1st guy and all was well!! And for a very decent price!! I was happy like a kid at their birthday party!!
