I brought my truck I. For a vehicle inspection and was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful waiting area. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told my inspection was free, due to being a new customer. I was so impressed I brought my motorcycle in to be inspected the next day, and again, no charge! This is definitely my new repair and.maintenance facility for all of my vehicles.

Went in for a potential problem with a/c blower motor. Their own diagnostics said everything was fine. Tried to sell me a new motor (45% over retail , I called the dealership for the part ,not their cost) I have the paper work, everything was and is still fine. I am ok with making a living but this was disappointing. Wont be returning as I no longer trust them. The gaslighting from the service writer required me to take a shower, it was gross. And why 5 people standing around doing nothing while the bay is backed up? Are those too good to get dirty? Or are they just there to Gaslight and speak to customers as though they dont know their own vehicles? Painful to watch the obvious hierarchy.

Everyone I have worked with at CBA has been friendly and helpful, but Jason and John (owner) were absolutely top-notch.I’m a bit of a frequent flyer at this Christian Brothers location due to my problematic Chevy (absolutely NO fault of the crew here, she’s just old and struggling), and they have provided exceptional customer service every time. I have a warranty company that’s less than easy to work with, and Jason handled their claims process multiple times with no issues. When they are diagnosing/working on the car, he gives consistent & informative updates without me having to ask. He is always mindful of the inconvenience of being without a car, but never rushes. My husband and I both feel that safety is a priority, and absolutely trust Jason’s knowledge and opinions. We have never felt like we were being “up-sold” or treated with anything but respect! They have even squeezed me in when something unexpected happens, and have been great in working with my difficult schedule.John is the owner of this location, and is always picking up whatever task is needed at the time. He has answered phones, does paperwork, and even drove me home with their shuttle service after a drop off. His dedication to both his team and the customer experience is evident from the moment you walk in the door. From major repairs to a 10 minute inspection, I have received nothing but exceptional service from these guys (and also from Hailey!) and will continue to go there for all of my car’s needs. Came in with my exhaust hanging off the back of my truck, a little distressed from being turned away by the dealership. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable people immediately. The store was able to bring in a welder and replaced a good portion of my exhaust and welded everything back together for a fraction of what I would’ve ever expected to pay. All future repairs I need on my truck will definitely be done through this Christian Brothers. Thank you for your quick, friendly service and getting me to work on time then next day!

They staff and owners are so friendly and kind. Very attentive and made sure All my concerns were met. There are so many choices in this area and this place is kinda hiding (it’s across the street from Wendy’s on 380 just FYI ) but it’s well worth it to come here. The lounge is soothing and CLEAN! They have my business from here on out... I’m huge on customer service and they delivered... but what I was most Impressed with was their kindness.Side Note:I overheard one of the mechanics on the phone with a customer and I could tell he really cared about making sure he/she was comfortable about the cost of repairs and explained in a way that could be understood. Didn’t sound like a typical pressure sale.

Dropped my truck off to have my A/C system tested as the A/C blower was not blowing any air they soon came back with a quote at $62 to test the problem $409 for parts and labor along with $24 in Taxes totaling to $495 said and done when I went to approve work via their SMS program my total had jumped up to $511 when I called to ask why I was told that it was tax even though I already explained that tax was added the man on the phone tried to belittle me and make me feel dumb for not realizing that this addition was tax however while on the phone I refreshed the quote and my total cost of repair had dropped back down to $495 I can only assume the person on the phone realized their mistake and fixed the problem without letting me know that he was in the wrongflash forward to the next day I declined to have any work done to my vehicle and payed for their inspection only to find that my A/C blower resistor had been unplugged and the harness was left dangling electrical tape from under my dash had been removed and left on my floor and a cigarette carton wrapper was found under my glove box (neither me or any previous owners have smoked in my truck)I have had multiple of my vehicles serviced here totaling to thousands of dollars spent but needless to say after this experience I will not be brining my business here again

I went in for an annual emissions inspection. The interior was clean and comfortable. I was offered a water or coffee from the kind gentleman at the front desk (sorry I didnt catch your name). COVID precautions were respected and the employees wore masks. The inspection was quick and they pulled my car up to the front door which was a nice touch. I was very pleased with this experience and I will return for other services in the near future.

Christian Brother Automotive repaired a bad wheel bearing. They are the best folks to deal with as they are customer accommodating. They shuttled me home while they repaired the car, and then came a picked me up when it was finished. Remarkable friendliness and honesty.

I went in with the infamous “Engine Noise”. The manager was very courteous and professional and was right on with the time frame for getting my vehicle in the garage. These guys also embrace today’s technology! I was texted the status of my vehicle the moment it went in, when a diagnosis was conducted, and when the recommended repairs were uploaded. I had the option of accepting or declining each itemized repair, and approving - all online! They did an excellent job at a fair price and we’re very timely. They even picked me up to get my vehicle from their location. Great community business that I definitely recommend!

I went to Christian Brothers Automotive for a needed vehicle inspection. It was my first time using this company because we recently moved to this area. I made an appointment on their website on Monday, November 2nd, to get my car scheduled for Wednesday, November 4th at 7am. I really liked how easy their website was to make an appointment, especially since I have limited time to call in. When I walked inside to the front desk, I noticed instantly how clean this establishment was. They immediately welcomed me and finished my service within 15 minutes. But what I loved most about this establishment was their friendly customer service! They even noticed I was a first-time customer and welcomed me to the area and took the time to explain to me their other services. I must say I was having a rough start early into my work week. But going to a new establishment where they provide exceptional customer service made the rest of my week wonderful. Sometimes it is the little things that makes a difference. Great customer care and customer experience, no 3 hour dealership wait for basic services, seems genuine like they practice what they preach as the saying goes. They have developed a Christian culture and it shows in their interactions even when explanation of a surprising bill for another customer sounded honest about what needs attention and what can wait. I went in for a first appointment at a dealership one time and the sales manager was giving a pep talk about increasing their sales and was talking about how its a waste of time to give customers a discount and how they were in business to make money this was all with a customer waiting in the room so that was his philosophy on a pep talk and his pep talk ended in a chant about sell sell sell to rally his salespeople.

Jason and his team did an excellent job with replacing my transmission and mount, motor mount, and lower control arms. I was informed of the progress every step of the way and couldn’t be more satisfied. I will definitely be back!!!

Oil can light came on and then check engine light. I was so worried it was a major engine problem. Jason was very nice and accommodating and took car in asap and CBA was able to diagnose problem that something punctured oil filter can and all my oil had leaked out but engine had no damage. I had just had syn oil change Aug 3 and hadnt drove car very much, less than 200 miles as of Dec 3. CBA Owners at Little Elm location approved the oil filter and syn oil replacement at NO CHARGE as a helpful community service. I was so relieved and so thankful for CBAs generosity. Praise The Lord!

Took my car to the shop for a couple of big repairs. They did a great job of providing details of the work needed and the priority in which to do them. They took the time to explain the why’s behind their reasoning too.At the end of the day we did both repairs because we felt comfortable with the team.Their concierge service was super convenient and allowed me to focus on work AND still get the car repaired. When I picked up the car, I got a list of regular maintenance (in priority order) that would come due based on the mileage and make of my car...who knew they handle everything from inspections to oil changes to the big repairs we had done.We are grateful to have found a service provider we can use for the general upkeep of our vehicles and for bigger repairs should the need arise, without having to worry about being oversold or taken advantage of!

They looked my car over and gave me estimates of the work that needed to be done and were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately I did not use them to do the work because their prices are higher than other places where I got an estimate. I am retired and need to watch my expenses, however, I would have loved to have them do the work because I believe they have a good reputation.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would do it! They went over and above to service my car and verify all the warranty information. They are easy to work with and will even transport you to/from the shop, if you need it. The bill was reasonable as well, they dont try to gouge you like others or try to get you buy unnecessary stuff. They even offer you coffee or water while you wait.I have owned cars for 40 yrs and have never experienced a repair shop like this. I will definitely be back when I need them.

Pleasure doing business with CBA.Updated 1/11/2021: Its time again for the annual auto inspection so I can complete auto registration. My son took both cars to Christian Brothers Automotive and again the customer service was amazing. They were able to do both cars quickly, provided reports and also electronically sent them to TX.gov for registration. Few days later I was able to register online, inspection report was confirmed on their side. Made this an easy process, again a pleasure doing business with CBA.
