They were scheduled to come out twice to remove a large branch that was part of our maple trees trunk. Both times they did not show nor did they call to cancel. Each time needed a full month to schedule because they are not utility arborists and needed to schedule CMP to shut off the line. I finally reached an office person who told me they would call back because they had an equipment failure. They never called back.

Great job, and a hard working crew. They had to take down some tall pines by the road, and Joel dropped them with the precision of a surgeon. We are asking them back to do more work, and so is my neighbor. We are very impressed!
