I hired Earthtec to do a soil test for a home build. They made a site visit. However, made a recommendation for fill based on the soil test that was done for the subdivision; not my lot. I called Earthtec, told them of my disagreement with their service, and told them I no longer needed a report from them.I was forced to hire another soil test from another company. I was billed the full amount. I talked to the owner, John Smith, and requested assistance. This was his chance to make it right and he did not.I will not use them again and will recommend to others the same.

Unfortunately, Earthtec does not take responsibility when there are errors or omissions in their services.
