I love the live classes. Always informative with the topic and content produced for that specific subject. Any answers you may have can be answered. I’ve been with this company for a couple of years already and love how there are recorded classes I can go back to and study to perfect the skill. Response has been awesome. They are very professional in every way. Anytime I have an issue or need any guidance they are right there. The recent deal lab that was online had some very helpful stuff in it. I learn something new just about everyday with these guys and their program.

I was very glad to be a part of this well put together training. It was presented in a way that us newbies could understand.Learning how to figure out quickly whether theres a deal or not saves a lot of time.As a Canadian, the section on setting up your business, namely LLCs was absolutely priceless.The course overall provided a really good guide map on how to be a successful real estate investor if you apply and follow the steps.

I have attended several of the workshops with the 1 on 1 coaching event being the most recent. Getting advice and guidance from people that have been in the industry for years is definitely a competitive edge. The training and education I have received has been amazing. All of the coaches are great and very patient, as I knew very little about real estate when I started. I have the confidence to go out and make deals! Its also great knowing they are still behind me when I have questions. Education and support makes a huge difference!!

I attended their training in Nashville while at a Tony Robbins event and was inspired to pursue further training with Response. Our sales agent, has been the best part of this experience. He is responsive and has given me advice on several deals. However, that is where my positive experience stops. During our training I’ll Nashville, we were told that the training would include a “A day with Doug.” Where we would have access to Doug and would spend an entire day with him going over his deals and actually possibly visiting a few of his properties. This did not happen. During the Nashville training, we were told that we were going to have more “advanced” hands on training on the software that was available and that we would be partnered with an experienced investor who would help us “find a deal” while in the class. This was the most frustrating part of the entire trip. We spend 1 hour, of four days even discussing the software. There was ZERO hands on training. We were constantly hit with sales pitch after sales pitch. If you bought into each thing offered it would have totaled over $13,500. We received ZERO educational value from this “Elite Package Training.” DO NOT BUY ANY ADDITIONAL TRAINING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $15,000 for this training and all I received was a two hundred dollar a night hotel and the opportunity to pay an additional $13,500 for “more training.”

The first day was very good enjoyed it got a lot of information and really enjoyed myself and just learn a lot. The second day I was very disappointed when I got up to get on the broadcast I couldnt get it and I could not even get on so I did not get to see the second day I was very disappointed and quite upset about it. But like I said the first day was really good I really enjoyed it. Thank you for your hard work getting it ready and I enjoyed the first day immensely.June Braden

Our Boots on the Ground instructor was very knowledgeable and thorough. Going through all of the steps ourselves really helped us retain more information vs simply attending a lecture. Having a coach to hold us accountable and a support line, really help eliminate some of the fear going into a field we previously knew nothing about. My husband and I feel empowered and were ready to embark on this journey!

The instruction was very knowledgeable and helpful. The setting was very educational and the material was very easy to understand. If there was anything I would have like more about boots on the ground would be to have more in class problem solving and more examples about how to run the numbers and than just one time example. The most Important content needed to learn hands on how it’s done it’s Mainly covered in the last day. I really wish there was more of that through the boots of the ground classes due to having most of the information already in the response site. Would like more hands on out in the field.

Overall, the webinar was really good and on point. It was a little odd over the computer vs in person, given the current COVID environment, it was effective.

The information is exactly what I need to get me going again. The educators gave us valuable tips to use in the real estate investment business.

The trainers and mentors are individuals that have great success in Real Estate and are gladly sharing their approach in the class room and out in the field. Response wants you to succeed and gives you all the training, tools and experience you need.

Got schemed from the first class! Free class where the main goal is a $1000 payday from everyone. Then the next class( the $1000 one) they promise soo much proven strategies, but focus on their next big paydays! They want everyone to pay $26k for their full proof workshop! My partner and I didn’t believe or want to make that kind of investment on a promise. So they pressure everyone to apply for a bunch of credit cards to pay of this expense. When in the end we have tried non stop for a year to do what we’ve been taught, with nothing but failure! Because of so many people trying the same thing with little to no knowledge in what they are doing! This company and their courses are a huge waste of time and money!!! Do do any of it! And to top it off their teachers will message you after the classes to work with them through their own side stuff! No thanks!!!

Truly remarkable instructors did I have to experience so far with this team. Very informative very knowledgeable and very approachable. They go over things in detail. Answer all questions and have a staff available with any other questions that may arise. Recommend this team highly if you are serious about learning on many aspects of real estate.

Response boot on ground was great. We looked up, found locations to look at and one of the students was working with a realtor We looked at 3 houses in New Orleans area. I was surprised the prices were about 100000 higher that in areas I have worked. The first house in residential area but going in there several apartment so the comps were a little more challenging to figure. Narrow space to work on side of house if need to work in back and not alley for access.The second house just needed update but was livable as is.The third house had just been update but had lots of work outside with filling in yard and teaming tree hanging over the house Foundation inspection for sure as was wood sticking out from under house Concrete work and yard work. Comp would need to be looked at since area have several different house.Adam did great job of leading but I need to catch. Sorry slow getting to you but elk burgers were great.

I attended Boots On the Ground (BOG) 13-15 June 2019 with my son, Malcolm. Jared is a GREAT instructor and very informative. I was/still slightly am apprehensive but my confidence doubled by day three of BOG compared to day two. I have the tools and resources I need to be successful in Real Estate Investing.

I really enjoyed the conference and meeting other wholesalers and new investors like myself. The one new concept that I picked up on was one of wholesaling to potential landlords not just flippers. This gives another strategy and hopefully an easier way to get the first deal.

An amazing group of experts who genuinely want to help you be successful in this business. Everything they teach you is some of the most invaluable information you could ask for. By far my best investment yet!

Casey did an awesome job presenting the material & introducing everyone to real estate investing. I am right now trying to get the forms that were presented in the training downloaded into my computer so I can print them out as needed; Agent Contact script, Qualifying Cash Investor Questionnaire, Interior Remodel check list, etc. etc. I’m finding this very time consuming as I have to download the entire day’s presentation, then print the forms I want to save, and then scan them back into my computer. There must be, or there should be a better way of doing this. I sent an email to rehelp about an hour ago & so far no ‘RESPONSE’ (pun intended).

The 2-day training was excellent. It was a refresher course for me, Casey was a Master Instructor.

Casey was fantastic and helped us at every turn and anything we needed to do or gave us encouragement to keep going when we felt overloaded.. He took us to houses and went through them and helped us understand what we would need to do. How we have to do a physical walk threw to evaluate the house in order to assess it. He walked us around Lowes and went through all the equipment on a flip situation and which was the better choices that would meet your amount the average of $30,000. He really got us interested in going out and doing immediately deal. Basically walk use step by step - we get the beginnings started.Could not have start with out him. Thanks Casey

This Response Marketing Group holds Real Estate and other training events to help new and seasoned business owners/ investors.The presentations are clear and helpful. The support after the event is impressive. There is obviously an investment but definitely cheaper than if I were to try and buy a franchise and start a company from scratch on my own.Couple of mixed reviews from people out there but the company does what it say, and thats the big part. Ive attended an event and it was full of good information that I personally didnt know before I went.The people who work at the Response Marketing Group seem happy, and that says tons about a company. If its a grease pit of lies, you can pick up on that quickly. I got a couple pics of the inside. Ill try to post some more when the connection is better.

This is a no nonsense company. Unlike a lot of companies out there, Response tells you from the start that being successful takes work.They help point you in the right direction, using successful people youve probably heard of. Going to an event is free, so theres nothing to lose. Im glad theyre around...

This company is actually a scam. They will keep pushing you to spend more money for training that is truly worthless. Nothing they teach is of value and their software tools do not work well. Using existing real estate websites gives you more accurate and current data. Their tools are awful. They refused to refund me when they guaranteed their system works even though it doesnt. Their mentor program is a joke. They promise to connect you with someone, but each week they kept switching to a new person who didnt help at all. Beware! Do not not get sucked in to their lies or you will be out over $60,000.

The trainers were amazing in closing the gap. I now can go out and start the process of writing my own offers. Kudos.

I did because I wanted to see more 1495.99. When you do the 3 day course they push the advance training 27K open a credit care to pay and have some capital. Glad I did not qualify. Thank You good credit score but I dont have enough open credit and the card that I do have they dont take American Express. Big Pockets Big Pockets!!!!

He was knowledgeable, personable , friendly and gave me great feedback on a number of aspects of investing and regarding a specific property in particular. It was also clear that he cared about my success and gave my mindset some mentoring as well as my knowledge base; I really appreciated that he got to know me a bit and could help me with my mindset as well as my knowledge and tactics. He was also helpful in figuring out ways of dealing with some Response product issues I was having, connecting with folks back at the home office for assistance. I learned a lot and am now moving forward much more confidently in my investing career than I had been previously.

The information is good. Im having trouble putting everything together. From beginning to end. I want some on my first deal!!!!

I expected more one on one time. I paid $30000 for very little one on one time. First thing on Monday following the training I was offered a chance to have someone work very closely with me but of course that would be an additional cost. I’m unsure I am getting the one on one training I thought I would be getting for the money I spent I learned most of what the trainer taught before boots on the ground event by watching the training videos

BOG helped to use the software to our advantage. Was really debating on going to BOG, but am so glad I took advantage of the opportunity. It puts everything into place like a domino effect. Would definitely go again.

I enjoyed Scotts excitement for options and knowledge of the fundamentals. Not sure if I would say I feel comfortable to do trades to make $$ back. Will keep learning. I hope all the tools work.

As a complete novice to real estate and its terms, I found it to be a disjointed and challenging to follow. Id have preferred to have had the workbook to peruse the 1st day. Last day was great. Brock was very informative and amicable when we bugged him. Suggestion: Also, if some example were put in workbook, it would be great, so when quickly presented we could listen and follow.

The coffee was great (we brought our own soymilk), and Andrew, the trainer, was outstanding !We covered MANY topics VERY fast and need the rest of the training to develop deeper understandings of many of the topics that were presented in a more cursory way, although we were able to develop a significant comprehension of everything Andrew presented.

My experience of several years of working with Response has been that they are fair and very conscientious. Response is a very strong business partner that delivers the results they commit to delivering.
