From 2:55 to 5:15 tried obtaining a quote and booking.Finally got Nelsida on the phone who couldnt give a direct answer on when freight could pickup and how we could go about booking the quote they provided us for 2 loads. Smart-ellic attitude who told a potential new customer we dont want to do business with people like you...for asking a direct question on an ETA for pickup to relay to our customer. Expected better customer service with reviews as high as they have. Highly disappointed in our first impression with TMX intermodal. And with Nelsidas demented laugh the entire time I know she could care less as well. Thank you for such a poor introduction to your services

TMX Intermodal has been incredibly unprofessional when it came to billing our company. They billed shipments almost 2 years late, then Samuel emailed the wrong contacts and called and left very unprofessional voicemails on many individuals voicemails. I would never do business with them again.
