This place opens at 7 AM. But you literally have to get here by 6:30 AM the latest to wait outside. It’s currently 8:30 AM and there’s a small crowd of people waiting outside to be seen. It’s literally crazy

From the outside the facility looks Permanently Closed but its Open. The office is newly renovated and looks very nice. The staff was helpful and nice. Check in was quick and easy.

Today had gone for the bloodwork as this is the closest to my home. The person responsible for drawing blood did not even paid attention that she just rub alcohol strip as one stroke and it did not even penetrated the skin. it caused such a painful experience that generally you don’t get to experience as most of the time physicians are careful. Hope they pay attention next time for other patients.

I have read some reviews…. All blood testing places are crowded and super busy. There are only two choices, I believe in NJ. You go to the one that your insurance tells you to.With that said, I have been coming here for years…. I’m normally in and out Bc I make an appointment…. With LAB CORP …. making an appointment means you don’t just sit around waiting your turn. If you just show up… than you get in the line with the walk ins that will be seen in between the Appts.I have walked in and signed in….. and was called right away…. I get dirty looks…. But, it’s a method to time management.I had one issue a couple years ago…. I reached out to Lab Corp instead of writing a review. About a person, who was unprofessional…… When I had to return, she was no longer there. Every business has bad apples….. Can’t just generalize the good apples, all bc of one bad apple…. just deal with that Apple….

Karla was amazing!! Im terrified of needles and it was the quickest and painless blood-drawing experience ever. Youre in good hands! 0 wait time when I went. Sometimes waiting depends on your specific testing requirements. Super fast and easy check in with the insurance card scanner. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Sidney was amazing. I was a little nervous about getting blood wok but she assured me that everything would be ok. I didn’t even feel her stick me with the needle. If you ever visit this lab I suggest you ask for her, she’s the best.

I was here for my bloodwork this morrning and would like to give a bigshout out to @ Geo , who is very patient through out the process ! She made me very comfortable and kudos to her experience in extracting the blood , NO needle pain and am surprised if the blood wrk can be done with much of ease 😀. If you are so nervous like me when going for blood wrk ask for geo 🙌….Lab was well cleaned and maintained with social distance, only 7 people waiting capacity inside!I have used the mobile checkin serivice option which allowed to wait in our car and will be notified once techinican is ready!!

Such a bad customer service! The lady up front is very nasty! Im 8 month pregnant and it took me literally 10 min to walk from the parking lot with my 3 old daughter and she just gave me attitude! Missed my spot and she wouldnt even look at my eyes! People like her shouldnt be at front at customer service!

Go somewhere/anywhere else! Rude staff. Incredibly long wait times even with an appointment. I checked in at 11:45am for a 12pm appointment. I was ushered out of the building because they were at max capacity for COVID. Was told they would contact me when they were ready. Called after an hour and a half and left a message because they dont answer their phones. Left after 2 hours. Never received any communication.

2 hrs wait! Place is understaff!

I went to this lab on Saturday to take some blood tests, I didn’t have an appointment and I think was a little fast, people was kind, I did the check in, then I waited like 1 hour 10 minutes to get the text message, and then it was like 30 minutes to be called and everything. However, I don’t know why, i got like a bruise, and today it’s Tuesday and I still have the bruise where the woman inserted the needle. I post a picture in the “photos” section.

This location is the horrible. Staff is unprofessional and rude. My appointment was confirmed online and I opted to stay in my car until they texted me to come inside but unfortunately that didnt happen. I had to go inside and find out what was the issue. The front desk receptionist was so rude. Miserable human being. And the capacity due to Covid is suppose to be 7, it was about 16 people in that waiting area. I walked out. Place is TRASH!!!

Ive had very good experiences with LabCorp. The staff were always friendly and worked very fast and efficient. I havent had a bad experience as yet. Im not hoping to have a bad one because Ive always had good experience.

This was the worst experience. I left black and blue after having 3 sticks in both arms and finally my wrist. Very unprofessional from signing in to leaving. No communication. I explained to the first technician that I needed her to use a butterfly needle due to my history of soft veins but she totally ignored me. I left in tears all bandaged up with not even an offer of a drink of water. I could have fainted outside. No one bothered. It was on to the next victim. The entire staff needs a humanity course including etiquette and sensitivity.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made appt for my 81 year old mother hoping to speed process of getting her in and out due to Covid concerns. We arrived and checked in from the car as instructed. This was fasting and the only appointment was available for 12:15. We were instructed to go inside and then had to wait 20 minutes to register and went to the back some 10 minutes later. They were very short staffedOnly one person drawing blood. Others walking around. None of the rooms were cleaned after each patient left as was indicated on the sign out side each doorThey are extremely unprofessional. The only nice person was to poor receptionist. Never again!!

This place is horrible and the attitude of the front desk clerk is absolutely disgusting. If you are so unhappy then maybe you shouldnt be working here and interacting with the public. I would advise people to go somewhere else where you are treated with respect.

Worse experience ever in a Lapcorp in 30 years.... starting with the waiting time it’s ridiculously how much I waited 3 hours and the phlebotomist poke me 3 times and left me a bruise on my arm. Never ever going to this place ... advise take a ride to the Labcorp in Union, they are attentive and professional plus waiting time its nothing compare to 3 hours

It took me some time in the waiting room, but not a big deal because I noticed they focus in their work. They are friendly with everybody, which is important to be in a nice environment. Writing this after an awful experience today. My almost 3 years old was tortured for almost 5 minutes (and that is a long time), while the phlebotomists moved the needle side to side, the worst is that my 18 months old daughter left the facility with a dislocated elbow and I noticed when we got home, she was crying in excruciating pain and I thought it was because they drawn her blood, guess what? We ended up in the ER with her elbow dislocated. Very tough staff to treat kids, will not recommended to anybody, awful experience. I gave them 1 star because there is not an option for zero

1 Star for friendly staff. But whoever does the specimen results is a complete idiot with no common sense. God only knows how this person got hired. I sent my testing in with my prescription that had my name on it. I had my doctors office call me and tell me they couldn’t identify it because I didn’t put my name on the bottles and LabCorp didn’t know who’s test it was. Common sense if my prescription is in the bag and you don’t see a name just write it on. (Which I was not told to write my name on the specimen tests) because the place was of course swamped with 30 people in the waiting room and they were backed up and rushing everyone to be seen. So now I have to redo my testing, risk getting worse and I have to do it all over again and wait longer. Thanks LabCorp for being complete dumb asses. NEVER AGAIN.

Staff was helpful and accomodating. They were having computer problems, instead of keeping us waiting they brought my son in for blood work and offered to finish the paperwork later. The blood work was finished quickly and with nothing more than a slight pinch for a nervous patient.

I had a good experience. Now to be clear this is a very busy location and your are not visiting the Waldorff.Staff are very busy but are friendly.I needed a drug test for new employment but found out that certain branches only provide this service.I was directed to the nearest location and they were able to accommodate me.Once there the place was almost packed but staff was on top of the situation.Nothing but good reviews for this branch.Keep up the good job!

The lady in the front desk is the most rude person I’ve ever met she’s been on her phone since I got there from 9 am and it’s now 1 pm and I still haven’t been seen I’m here for a drug test and they’ve been making me hold it till it’s “my turn” and it’s been hours the whole parking lot is filled with patients that need to be seen she yells at the kids that come with their parents and she’s just plane unprofessional second time in a row that I come here and the same lady treats everyone poorly I hope this site in this location closes I’m never coming here again.

Service was fast. I made an appointment and was seen very close to that time.The nurse who did my blood work was skillful and it only took her one quick try, which was impressive for LabCorp.

Horrible staff, only 1 person at check in station and barely any of the staff speaks English. I left there to wake up the next day with a clot in my arm because these people arent doing their jobs right.

They were so rude and unprofessional with me and my 4yo son today. I was shocked. They basically called me a liar. Soooo unprofessional and definitely NEVER GOING BACK THERE! There was a prescription for both bloodwork and still samples. I get the bloodwork down for my son and then they give me the containers to take home for the stool collection. I go to drop it off and they ask for the prescription, which was given to them on the day of the blood work. They said they gave it back to me. And they never did I even asked my husband and he said he didn’t get it either or saw them give it to me. Ridiculous. Also I asked for her name bc I was definitely putting a complaint after her rudeness to me and she gave me a name. Then I asked someone ese and that wasn’t even her name!!!!! How do these people get hire???? And I was reading through the reviews and there is another story similar to mine!!!! This is insane!

Wait time ~ 15 min if you come around 8am or 12pm. Probably shorter at other times. No appointments, which is annoying so you just have to wait even when only dropping off. The lab staff are nice, but the front desk staff made a mistake so I had to come back twice which was a pain

Too crowded long lines even with reservations

This place is over crowded not enough staff to handle amount of people that this location sees. LabCorp should open up another location.Just for drop off you have to wait for over 2 hours for that only takes 2 mins at the window.LabCorp Union is similar in situation.

This lab used to be so much worse, but in the past couple of years, at least the wait time has improved. You would have waited upwards of 2 hours, but now its down to about 30-45 minutes. The staff members are generally pleasant and they usually get me on the 1st stick. This most recent time however, my dr. ordered a LOT of tests and the lady at the desk did not put them all in the computer - not only that, they took about 6 tubes and I left. I was still in the parking lot when I got a call from them to please come back - they didnt draw enough and now I had to go back in for another stick. It wasnt so bad for me, but it couldve been if it was a child. When the results came in my dr. said the lab was horrific - that requested tests werent done, my urine came out as incomplete and I had to redo it. My suggestion is to watch them enter the test codes as they enter them in to the computer, and ask them if they are SURE they got them all. Its close to my house and my insurance covers only labcorp.

I went with my 8 years old prescription for feces sample. They game me the bottles then when I came back with the samples they asked for the prescription again when the lady at the desk took it since I got the sample bottles. So they said they were not taking the samples because they do not know what to test for. (Isnt primary doctors info on the insurance card tell them who to call in any case? Even pharmacists do this). Horrible service and staff attitude.

Came for employment drug screen and because I did not get any directions as to where to sign in, I filled out a form that is just left on the counter. I got to this location at 1050am (they only do pre-employment drug screening 11-2 most days), and signed in.. I noticed the waiting room was packed so I asked how long the wait would be, I was told 2 hours or so... which obv is not the staffs fault they were busy, but when I asked what other locations I could call to check wait times for the drug analysis they got annoyed and threw a business card on the counter and walked away mumbling you can call and see if we have appointments available... I was shocked/confused so I waited for someone else that works there... I told them what I needed done and asked what other locations offer it.. they then with an attitude told me they called Edison a few min earlier for someone else and for me To go to Edison labcorp that the wait was approx 15-25 min. Before leaving linden labcorp someone else that was waiting told me not to few bad, they had a 1030 appointment and are still waiting to be seen, by that time it was 1120 or so...I decided to just go to the other Location so I drove the 15min over there just to find out Edison doesnt offer preemployment drug screening...So not only did I show up eary and still be told the wait was 2 hours, but they sent me to another location that didnt offer service I needed(and they 100% knew what I needed) plus every time I asked a question to the workers they responded with an attitude and acted like they didnt want to be there(I understand no one wants to be at work- but atleast fake it!).IF you go here make an appointment and still expect to be there an hour of not more, and dont ask the workers questions unless you want an attitude in return.

I mean everything to a while but I mean when you go to places like that you should expect to wait a while everybodys working everybodys moving but the staff was friendly and very polite so even though I had to wait I wasnt angry I was still pretty much okay and I was still use the same LabCorp

Made an appointment for 12:30 for a drug test and waited over a hour and half even though I arrived 15 minutes early. In the end I had to leave before getting my test done since I had another appointment. People who arrived a lot after me got called in back sooner so I have no idea what their organization for calling people back is. It seems like people with drug tests have the least priority even if you have an appointment.

The staff there was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The girl at the front desk was rude and talked too fast that I had to ask her to repeat herself a few times... as if she was too busy to be bothered with me and rushing me.
