This place is the best! My sons macbook crashed on the first day of online schooling, and I had to leave town the same day. Alex not only got it working again in time for school the next day but took the time to go through all the programs with my son to make sure they worked. Absolutely wonderful experience!!! I called them as soon as they opened and explained that I was in a hurry and needed ram installed on my laptop same day. I had been told by numerous competitors that it would be $125 or more for part plus labor and they would not be able to do it same day.Az was able to help me same day and didnt even charge half of what the competitors charged. I was very pleased! Within 30 minutes of arriving, my ram was installed and I was out the door! Very fast and efficient! Really helped me as I was in a bind for work and needed this done asap!! Will return for ANY computer repairs I need in the future! Return customer for sure!!!!

I am wary of taking my laptop and turning it over to just any person. Alex made me feel comfortable from the start. He took time to showed me what was happening, gave me his advice, and answered all my questions.When I took my laptop to Alex, it was on its last leg. Lightening damaged my computer modem, WiFi and battery Wednesday evening. I called AZ at @1030 the next morning and Alex was able to make a service call to my house that same afternoon!
