We had a tow hitch installed two days ago at a different location the fuse on the wiring assembly was blown we could not drive at night,David was so helpful and so accommodating for us. David immediately dropped everything he was doing to help get us back on the road. Highly recommend this place they are very outgoing positive and helpful staff they are all always smiling! Thank you so much it only took 8 min for him to get us going again.

Uhaul is the best. I moved from Nevada to Nebraska using their boxes and have had the best experience. Now I have a storage locker for a couple of months. Staff at the Fletcher Avenue location have been so helpful and nice. A÷÷

David and his team are incredibly helpful and did their best to alleviate some of the stress of my move. I felt like they were in my corner. Moving sucks but the team here took a lot of weight off my shoulders.

This place is great! Staff is professional and the storefront is very clean. I reserved my u-haul online and when I showed up to pick it up was ready to go and the items I had bought were inside waiting for me. Took less than 5 mins, in and out! Greatly recommend!

My experience with this company started excellent, but left me feeling cheated. I needed a pickup truck for a 2 days. I took my time to search for any/all coupons, discounts or deals. I combined an app & website to untangle the price lock position they push u into while selecting options & sorting results. It was frustrating & time consuming & somewhat successful.The best part was that I was instantly approved to rent, way easier than other companies. The worst was my location choice was chosen but when they called to confirm, I was referred to another location, so all the time I spent searching Vanished in an instant & i was forced to pay all the extra HIDDEN fees. Yep, they got me.Their advertisement is misleading & expensive. I will rent from them again though. Because getting approved was a breeze.

Made a reservation early in the day to pick up a 15 ft. Truck by 530pm. We were there by 515pm and it took them for ever to get staff and the truck ready. Had the truck literally for one and a half hours and cost us 150.00. No I take that back we put 10.00 in the truck for gas. Total of 160.00.

Over the last 6 years, we have rented U-Haul trucks and trailers from this location. We have rented a storage unit and have just recently had a tow hitch installed by them.
