Our septic system got backed up right as we had guest show up for the holiday weekend. We called Taylor’s and they wasted no time! They showed up a few hours later and took care of the problem with in 20 min. Super nice guys, I highly recommend that you use them for any sewage emergencies.

I called on a Saturday with a septic tank issue, they came out that following Tuesday (two days before thanksgiving) got it taken care of. They answered all my questions and explained to me what could be causing the issue and how to tell now that the tank was clean. Extremely professional, on time, and well educated. I wouldn’t recommend any other company.

Didnt get the clog fixed the first time but got it unclogged a day later and the price was reasonable

Aaron and Ramon were awesome! They showed up on time with very short notice and successfully unclogged my drain as my pipes were backing up. ALSO very competitive pricing!! They were professional and respectful. I will call them next time I have a plumbing issue. Dont flush bleach wipes!

I was highly impressed with this business. This was our first experience with them and I chose them based on other reviews. We had minor back up of our floor drain and I called them as soon as we noticed. Regardless of it being 2pm on a Tuesday, they were able to send someone over within 30 minutes, complete the job quickly, and charged a fair amount. We were pleased with the customer service and prompt care. We will keep them in mind for future maintenance!

They finished part of the job and walked as fast as they could almost running out the door.They didnt talk to me before they left. I still needed things fixed. I called the company and they were very rude. Didnt care the job wasnt done. A woman named Dee was incredibly rude. Dont ever call this company for help.

These guys treated me like family!! I had an emergency and they came immediately. Adam was knowledgeable and followed up with me to ensure the problem was solved. He even called the city to get extra help and the guys took time out of their personal lives to help me. Even the office staff went out of their way to make my problem a priority. I have never received service like this and I work in customer service. These are the only people you need to call for your drain and sewer needs.

We had to have Adam and Chris come out to try to cable our main sewer line since water kept backing up in our floor drain if we ran the water too long for anything. They were unable to get it to clear due to a sag in our sewer line out in the yard and told us wed have to have it dug up and either fixed or replaced.We then got estimates from Matt for Taylor Excavating and decided to have the whole sewer line replaced. After replacing it before it could be inspected by the city it froze since it was so cold outside. It was not a fun process but Matt instructed us through the whole ordeal. They eventually had to come out and bit by bit get a hole made in the ice all the way to the sewer as well as vacuum out the yuck from the bathroom that was backing up the floor drain into a hole in the yard. We had to keep a trickle of water running at all times for about a week to make sure the line didnt refreeze, but it worked!5 days later we had an ice storm and that night the toilet wasnt flushing solids and I tried to auger it with no success. Adam came out the next day as soon as he could despite the icy conditions and had it cleared in less than 5 minutes. We will always call Taylors from now on for any plumbing issues because they showed concern all through the process and made sure we were taken care of and that means a lot!! Their prices are also very reasonable compared to the rest of the market.
