Overall we had a great experience. The nail technicians are the reason I am giving them 5 stars. Every person was nice, professional and welcoming. There are an abundance of options and services. So kid friendly!!Be mindful that each treatment is a bit on the spendy side. I had the Lemon Grass treatment which was heaven but they charge the manicure and pedicure separately, 20$ each. But hey it was our first time to the salon in over a year. The environment was clean and the tools sanitary. I am looking forward to my next visit.

This location was nice but then the male worker that works here as gotten out of hand with unprofessional & rudeness. I took my mom here for Mother’s Day once, and the male did my nails. His eyes were blood shot red, and he kept stopping doing my nails every few minutes to go on his phone to the point I asked for someone else to do my nails. The next time he did my nails, same thing. Would randomly stop & go on his phone or literally walk away. My last straw was when I recently went in to get my powder removed, he was acting so personally offended I wanted my powder removed for literally no reason. He said to me word for word, “oh are you a Christian so you can’t have your nails done?” And laughed. I said no I’m just moving & want the powder removed. He said with major attitude “they have nail salons over there”. I was so shocked with his behavior & unprofessional. I later learned my mom asked him about there memberships, which you think he’d be happy to sell for business, and he told my mom “I don’t have time for this today just give me your money so you can go!” With a raised voiced. WOW. Please just go somewhere else. He had totally tainted this salon & experience that it used to be.

Leann did my pedicure and she massaged my feet sooooooo good!! Sinh (the younger guy) did my full set and they are by far the best set Ive had in years!!! Amazing!!

I really liked this place! Went here for a work event we were able to call ahead and reserve for 6 pedicures. The tech I had was great and they also had a great selection of pedicure options. I went with the Lavender and it was excellent..will definitely try to go back with me wife.

I came here for the first time on my birthday at the end of October and decided to get a pedicure and my nails done. I wanted to try the dipped and Honey Bee who helped me was fantastic. I waited a month to get my nails filled since theyd grown long and needed to be cut down. I came in tonight and showed them a picture of what I wanted and they surpassed my expectations. My nails have never lasted a month after getting them done. I highly recommend them!!

Update: made an appt for 11am didnt get in the chair until 11:15. Somebody started working on me at 11:25 and my friend at 11:35. The girl told me the last person to do my nails didnt know what they were doing, I got them done by one of her coworkers last time so thats bad business. Her and the employee next to her talked in a different language the entire time (felt like it was about my nails but im unsure) and honestly I wont go back.Made an appointment, set down right at my appointment time and was out of there in 45 mins. My nails look great and they kept them short as I requested! My friend and I got to sit close enough to each other so we could talk and enjoy our hour (45 mins) together!

Absolutely love this place!! I went there today for the first time and had a gel manicure and the lemon pedicure and it felt and smelled amazing(even through the mask)!! Kim and Nancy did such a great job and Kim made sure that I was able to get my eyebrows done as well even though I went during the later times and thought I would need to come back another day. Would definitely recommend! The services are more pricey but soooo worth it. Will be coming back for sure!!!

This place is slammed and the staff arent the nicest at first. But by the time I left, I was happy. And my nails look darling!!

Great place friendly staff just try to go before 6 it closes at 6:30 and sometimes they start to rush. But I’ll keep going back because I’m satisfied with my nails, my pedicure and my experience eyelashes. $$$$

Love this place. They do amazing work. If I ever want something I just bring them the picture. I also get my eyelashes done here. I love how they look every time; which is saying a lot I am super picky about my eye lashes. The picture I added I am only wearing face foundation and lipstick. No mascara need and this is the classic lashes.

I went and got my nails done a week ago and In the past 2 days all of them fell off except 1 nail. They were also not shaped right and every nail was a different shape and size. I spent $55 on them.

Nail technician AMY she’s such a nice and professional person.Everywhere else I went the made my nails super thick .Amy made them so thin and fabulous

This place is nice. Id go again.They are very clean and friendly customer service, which makes a huge difference. They are also very fast at doing nails.Despite them being fast they didnt rush us to leave at all, like some places will.My friend got a French manicure and I got acrylics. They did a good job on both and then let us hang out and chit chat at the nail drying station while my nails dried.Cards are accepted, but with a small charge.I also love that you can tip on receipts here. I know cash is preferred, but its not something I generally ever carry, so this made my life easier and not feel guilty by not having cash to give a tip.

Best hour and a half pampering Ive had in a long time. Definitely recommend this oasis!

Was made to wait for a long time after told that they had time. The male working on my nails kept getting distracted and looking at his phone. Was rough with me after I told him I was in a rush. Did a sloppy job and told me I was done without even putting oil or lotion on. Terrible terrible terrible waste of time and money. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.

Best nail salon in the greater Sacramento area hands down. Clean, professional staff, and they do a great job. I have never had a bad experience here. Yes you will pay a little more, but its worth it.

Absolutely horrible job. I had an appointment they told me they didn’t have time to do a second coat. Charged extra for a design and then did a terrible job on the design!!! I recommend Lincoln nails instead. Spend your money in a professional salon.

I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Roseville and it wasn’t until I saw a clients nails that led me to this place. I went in for a full gel set and was completely impressed by the immaculate interior and friendly service provided by the employees. I did a walk-in and was immediately helped! Kevin was so attentive throughout the whole entire process and when he constantly looked for any small flaws that he fixed up. He carefully and gracefully measured, filed, and painted every single nail and took his time to make sure they were all even and exactly the way I wanted. Something I’ve never experienced with other nail salons before!! He frequently asked me if this was what I wanted with each step that he took to do my nails. I was overjoyed with the outcome of my nails! It is literally the best set I have ever gotten! I am overall beyond satisfied with my visit to Coco nails!!! The rest of the staff was so nice too, very open and funny. I will definitely be back for a fill and will continue to be back toward this salon!! 10/10 recommend this place!

I had called and made an appointment for 6pm, but getting stuck in traffic after work caused me to not get there until 6:10. They sat me immediately and let me soak. I chose the peppermint option for a pedicure and loved it! I just wish they would have spent a little more time on the massage and dug a little deeper. Overall a great experience! Clean and sanitary!

Peppermint pedicure was soo relaxing felt wonderful. The girl was very gentle and did a fantastic job!

Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming and we are always happy with our pedicures. They give us a bottle of water as soon as we sit down and make sure we know the chair massage functions! Give them a try, you will leave a happy customer.

I loved this place at first, so I brought my mom in and the ladies doing our pedicures laughed at my moms toes, in English, while comparing them to their pinkies. For about 30 minutes. Will never go back. My mom almost cried.Update: its been about 4 years since this incident and my mom will still not go get a pedicure anywhere anymore and she was very hurt by their comments.

So when I came to visit we decided to get the poweder dip...my nails look amazing and probably the best results Ive has. Id give 10 stars of I could.

If I could give it a lower score I would. First they don’t even remove the gel polish off my nails with acetone they decided to peel it off. Damaging my nails. Did not ask me if I wanted my nails cut decided just to go ahead and cut them super short. Ended up just walking out ..I did pay for the pedicure. Horrible experience

My first experience was great . I had full set of nails and a pedicure . I thought thank goodness a great establishment and very clean .Second time great again just nails I got an ombré beautiful.Third time disaster worst nail job ever she took off my polish put clear on and called it good. I left for Chicago and four days later they were peeling .So back to hoping the person who did my ombré would be there today not to be so there day off.I got a sport pedicure but it was the worst and fastest pedicure I ever had and then my nails again fingers crossed this ombré would be ok .NOT didn’t even fill the whole nail looks like I have outgrowth already this was $71.50Today I saw some of the original folks there but they handed off everything to newbies. Not sure if this is going to be a regular thing or a Monday thing .I will go back but ONLY with an appointment to have the original person who did my ombré do my nails again. Not sure what I’m going to do about a pedicure guess I’ll start looking around .so disappointing
