The products are not available for public. A person has to work for a HVAC company to purchase. Its like a 1960s business model because a person can order any of these parts on ebay or amazon now days. I would think they would embrace change and grow profits. Bless Amazon prime.

Lost our credit application and after opening an account can not find us in their system. Dont waste time with the poor customer service!! We had been doing business with them for 20 years and we wont EVER again!
