I have been having a particularly hard time getting the right balance of treatment for an endocrine issue. My practitioner had me use Pharmacy Solutions for their specific compounding. When I had concerns about the prescription strength/efficacy a pharmacist took time to answer my questions. She didnt hurry or make me feel like I was taking too much of her time.The pharmacist even had recommendations based on our conversation and took time to call my practitioner to discuss adjustments.I give them 5 stars for their care and service.For convenience I would only rate 3 or 4 stars based on hours and the fact I have to submit to insurance myself. Im not always able to get there before 5pm.But the people are really friendly and helpful. Worth re-arranging my drive time to use this Pharmacy.

Pharmacy Solutions works to tailor to meet your needs. You work with a pharmacist who get to know. They provide you with a comprehensive plan and explanation. They are very friendly and care about their patients.

These people are fantastic! They go out of their way to work with your doctor to make sure the medication they are making is tailored specifically for you. Because these are custom medications, they do take a day or two to get made. That is what compounding is all about. They have a tremendous knowledge of hormones. My doctor in Tecumseh, NE recommended pharmacy Solutions and I have been using them for years!

Very friendly staff! I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years off and on and have been pleased with all interactions. When prescriptions are picked up, I’m always asked if I have questions for the pharmacist. When I have needed pharmacist assist, it’s always been timely and the pharmacists responds kindly and his/her explanations are easy to understand.

I havent had any problems with PS. They are prompt at filling my prescription. I would recommend.

Need to stay open till at least 5:30 so those that get off at 5 can make it to get their prescriptions. Idk know I’m going to be able to get my prescription meds with the same hours I work and not open on the weekend.

Lyndell and her team at Pharmacy Solutions have been life-savers for me. Because of sensitivity to almost all oral medications they have been able to compound topical creams to help manage my pain. They answer my myriad questions and are always willing to research other options that might help me. Both of my physicians always accept the recommendations that Lyndell and her staff make. I cannot say enough good things about them!

The office hours are unreasonable. I have to leave work early to get my cats prescription or pay $7 to get it delivered (but only between 3 and 5 pm). When I requested a delivery they gave me a hard time about needing it delivered to me at work. If I were going to be home between 3 and 5 I wouldnt need delivery! I tried to pick up my prescription during their normal office hours last night and they were closed 5 minutes early, so I took off work for nothing. If this werent the only place for me to get my cats medicine I would go elsewhere.

Prices very high. Unreasonable hours -- not open evenings. Need to give 2-5 day notice to renew a prescription. If they make a mistake, they do not fix it in a friendly and reasonable manner.
