Bridges to a Better Living was incredibly helpful regarding the decisions I needed to make on be half of my mother who recently needed long-term care. Kristine was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable in the area of elderly care. She listened to my concerns and made thoughtful recommendations. For most of us elderly care us fraught with many unknowns. Bridges to a Better Living helped me understand what services are available and what’s best for my mother. Our real estate agent Karalyn Hoefer recommended bridges. We are very happy that she did so. Kristine was on top of everything. She met with us kids first and got our feedback, then met all of us with our mom. Then we got to work looking at a place for my mom. Within 2 days we found a place mom liked. Jolee was absolutely phenomenal! She was very kind, attentive to our families situation and in my humble opinion, went above and beyond with her help. They are so up to date on all the local communities, they know all the directors and nurses, they meet with you and your loved one to review your needs and match you with ONLY those that are a fit for your loved one. BUT it doesnt stop there...they also set up the appointments to tour/visit and meet you there.
