They are essentially our external IT department: helping buy & set up new computers, ensuring our devices & data are kept safe, & much more. They installed our TVs, office alarm system, & phone system. We currently built a new office for our business at Eyes On Lincoln, where we pride modern technology. Tech Allies delivered. Andrew set up computers and a network for us where cyber security was a main focus. The optical/waiting area has seamless wifi, while our network remains protected with no worries. He also installed a sound system, that plays throughout the office, which can stream from any device with ease. Furthermore, Andrew installed large screens in the doctor lanes for education and mounted tablets in the optical for patients to photo themselves while choosing frames.As with any new build we have had some slight technical issues. Scott & crew were very professional when they arrived. I really like their scheduling appts. calendar online. Mine was a tough install because of the weight of my TV, lack of wood studs to anchor the wall bracket to & the stone veneer fireplace depth of placement. BUT, Scott & crew made several adjustments for a clean, level & great looking TV above the mantel & fireplace & guaranteed! I will definitely call them again & refer their services to anyone!

Scott was great! He took time to come measure and answer my questions. Today, he came to install the TV mount into the brick fireplace. He did a great job. When it was installed too high for my liking he graciously took the time to move it lower, so I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Tech Allies!

I have had Tech Allies to set up my entire home theater in my Town house basemenent. As I can not run the in-ceiling wires due to the place I want to project screen I have had run the wires outside. Scott and team did a tremendous job to hide the wiring set up. Even the set up took more time than estimated they did not charge me additional time. Their rates are very affordable. And I really need to appreciate Scott for his dedication. He did not wasted even a single minute during the entire installation process. Thanks to Tech Allies and I surely recommend them.

Our church hired Tech Allies to install a new 85 TV and integrate with our existing sound system. Everything about our experience with them was positive. They were prompt and even swapped out the TV with a new one when they noticed it had a slight flicker. Andrew came to the house and discussed our networking issues. He recommended using electrical ethernet extenders which he picked up and installed the next day along with ethernet cables.
