I really didnt want to write this review, because the staff was very nice and friendly, but this is unacceptable. I dropped off 2 comforters at the same time, and was told to return on 9/17 at 5pm. When I returned, neither were ready and I was told to return tomorrow, that they would both be in late that evening. When I returned this morning only 1 of the 2 was ready for pickup even though I dropped them off at the same time. I also had to wait for over 5 minutes for the girl in the shop to attend to me, she was outside in the parking lot when I arrived, not with another customer. I live 20 minutes outside of town, so this has now wasted over 2 hours of my time between the two trips. Not to mention Im getting married in 7 days, which I had expressed, so these were 2 hours I did NOT have to spare. Im so disappointed.

Got a pair of pants hemmed. Good job at a good price. The lady at the counter was really helpful.

Theeeeee absolute worst and over priced cleaners for alterations ever I took my dress to be hemmed for a wedding and it wasnt ready on time they tried to charge and excruciating amount to have my son fix a button on his pants my husbands clothes were laundered and still have stains and were not ironed appropriately still with wrinkles and half creases I would never go to this place again ever as long as I live

Fast and reliable.

Great prices open early and close late so I can get my clothes after work. I was able to get a suit I needed cleaned the next day. The lady that works there was friendly and helpful.

8/14/2019....Like others that gave a 1⭐️ review I’m not happy with the service or work performed by Elm Cleaners...Laura, at the front is great & tries to be helpful; it, I’m sure her hands are tied by the owners, Rick & Nishi.I took my WHITE leather backed sheepskin 5x7 area rug in to be cleaned. Had to pay $70 upfront & told it would be ready in 2 weeks... Went in to pick up my WHITE area rug and it was YELLOW ‼️ I refused it, the owner, who also does the cleaning “offered” to reclean it... Went back after the “2nd cleaning “ and it is still YELLOW ‼️ The owners are not good at returning calls ~ I usually have to chase them down. They refuse to replace my area rug... and so far have not reimbursed my $70 cleaning fee...Anyone filed a Small Claims❓

DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR RATING HERE. I can guarantee that the owner has given himself 5 starts. DO YOU KNOW WHY THEY REQUIRE PRE-PAY???? They make you pay for everything upfront. Because they know you WILL refuse to pay for it once you see your garments. They ruined my $300 jacket. I am taking the owner to small claim court. & notifying BBB, which doesnt mean anything. These days BBB is worthless. The owner is a crook.

Do not go to this place for dry cleaningDO Not Go! Terrible customer service. Two months ago I dropped off 3 shirts and a pair of pants. They lost one of the shirts which Cost me $60, I have been trying to get them to compensate me for the shirt and to this day have got nothing more than the run around. The owner I believe her name is Ishi should be ashamed of herself.Update: Although it was a month later, I was finally compensated for my loss. Since then, the company is under new management. I may give them a second chance.

Very friendly & still open with limited hours during this shelter in place.
