Good company mission, poorly executed. The entire concept of working here is to make them as much money as possible, if you cant do that then you will be terminated and someone else will start the next week to do the same thing. I worked here for 3 years, and can say it is not a secure job for an adult. Most people are terminated before the end of their first month.

Was a great place to work. Everyone is very very friendly and want to help you succeed. Very flexible on hours. You have to be very careful on calls though. I was terminated for making 2 mistakes on the same call and told I had received a warning before, but was not aware this was a warning of termination. I was told “sorry, I have to give you a warning for this one.” Not “next time you make a mistake you will be fired.” If you are above the age of 18 and are going to use this job as your only source of income I don’t recommend it, or I recommend you stay away from bank calls as they can be touchy. I’m now left without a job, but I won’t hold it completely against them as they strive for excellence. Someone above me commented that they don’t tell you they will fire you if you don’t get to a 75%, but they certainly tell you that in the beginning. I know this for fact as that guy was in my training class. Long story short, pay attention, and maybe have a back up job.

Shity place to work. Boring . Dont mention they say they will let u go if u dont get 75%. But its not your fault that people hang up before u say your name. This place is a joke
