We are completing a kitchen remodel and ordered our sink and faucet from Handyman. While shopping in-store, we received attentive and knowledgeable service from Christopher W. After ordering our items, there turned out to be an issue with the faucet on the manufacturer side of things and were unable to get the item we wanted.When I called the store, I spoke with Kim, who not only tracked down similar items but sent photos and information to me so that I could make a decision on a replacement without having to drive across town to look in person.TL;DR— if you’re looking for home improvement items, THIS is the place to shop!The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide EXCELLENT customer service.Will recommend this business to everyone I know. This is the best place for new vanities, sinks, faucets, lights. The employees are beyond helpful and very knowledgable. I compared their prices to other online retailers and couldnt find a lower price. Thank you to Kim who helped guide us to the perfect products!

We went in today on the recommendation of our bathroom contractor. Lovely showroom. However, no one greeted us, they were not busy. We were there at least 20 minutes looking. Another couple had to go up to the desk and ask for assistance, we saw them later at another store and they also werent impressed by the service. Lincoln has a mask mandate in stores and we prefer to shop where businesses care about their customers safety. No employees wore masks, except one employee put one on when she went to help an elderly couple. Sorry to see this, as local business owners ourselves, we like to support local businesses and we dont like to leave poor reviews.

Your service was great and the ideas your people offered, as well as a selection, was really nice. Unfortunately, I can’t wait three weeks for standard Moen faucets for sinks and showers to come in, when I can go to Home Depot and same exact is in stock (or order it on Amazon it’s at my door in under 48 hours).Trying to buy local, but just can’t when your store takes weeks vs hours...

Came in to look at kitchen faucets. Felt very unwelcome right from the start because we interrupted their cleaning. Got told they would charge more for special orders and they are more expensive right from the start. I felt like they they just wanted us to leave the store. Thank you for letting me know NOT to come back there for my remodeling needs.In response, I wasnt looking for something special order. I was looking for a faucet to put in my sink that night. Its ok I went ahead and ordered one from another place.

Friendly and knowledgeable

I recently went in to order several things for a bath remodel. Each salesperson was knowledgeable, curious and very patient withy many questions. We ordered a vanity,shower door and shower base. So far its been a zingWill update when the order is filled

The staff was helpful, kind and patient! We truly enjoyed looking at all the beautiful items on their showroom floor!

Sign on door says closes at 9 and also on website. Disappointed drove all the way there to find out it was closed at 8:20.

I called looking for a particular part, Dan on the phone interrupted me repeatedly, and never did hear what part. I called back and spoke to his manager, who was just as rude. If you wanna spend, head there, but dont expect actual customer service.
