Took my 2014 Lexus IS250 here to get the bumper reattached (it was hanging a bit) and painted to get it ready to sell. They detailed the car as well and this thing looks like it just left the factory. Very happy with the quality of work and the quick turnaround time. I hope I don’t need more work done but if I do I know where I am going.

I went in to Eddies after seeing the high reviews. Originally went in to see about getting my car detailed and having a dent removed but Eddie spotted some rock chips on the hood, windshield, and roof of my car. We decided to repair those as well because it would be covered under my insurance. Had some trouble with insurance people but finally got that sorted out after they spent a lot of time dealing with them. Was concerned because the paint on my car has sparkle to it. Well, it came out beautifully, and with detailing inside as well it looks brand new!! Nice staff to work with. Would recommend them. Carol

Abby went out of her way to make this ordeal as easy as possible. She arranged the work to be done in a way that I would be without my car for a few hours vs a few days. Justin, the painter, even touched up areas that were rusting which were not included in the estimate.They’re a great family business and I highly recommend them!!

My cars driver side trim was ready to fall off and it was not going to be covered by insurance so I stopped by Eddies as I had read there was a new owner who had taken over during the summer of 2019. The front desk folks were so friendly and then Eddie took a look and gave me a fair price for the work and today I had it fixed. There were no unexpected surprises and the car looks great - so happy to have this business in downtown Lincoln.

In a single word AWSOME! They took a nearly totaled vehicle and made it brand new again. To be honest - better than brand new. Even with the difficulties finding parts - my truck was finished when promised! The paint is matched perfectly and gaps are perfect! Had rear bummer repair that had side collision electronics circuits and Eddie did a great job and with correct calibration. All works great and looks original.

Ive used Eddies on several occasions and he has always gone above and beyond for mei really appreciate all of his quality work.

This was an insurance claim. They worked with the insurance and took care of all things without me having to get involved. The vehicle was finished when said and all damaged areas were repaired as said. They went above and beyond of buffed out any other dings and scratches to make the vehicle look great all around. Was in an accident in early Nov 2018 did not get my car back from the shop until March 8 2019! They did not even start working on my vehicle until January 2019. Ed, the owner, kept saying itll be done by Friday (or another date) and it was never completed by that time. He also assured me, the insurance adjuster and someone with the Department of Automotive Repair that he would reimburse me for having to pay for a rental, and I am STILL waiting for that money. Hes hung up on me twice, ignores my calls and will not return calls after leaving messages. I would not recommend this shop, go elsewhere. I did end up submitting a complaint with the Department of Automotive Repair, so you know it has to be bad when they are working on this. The only good thing is, I finally got my car back. Just waiting on my reimbursement as promised.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACEI brought in my carbon fiber hood to have it installed and the owner installed it wrong and when we got there because he said it was done .. witch it wasnt.. i saw him with a hammer and pick bending the medal hood pins back and forth.. thought it was weird but didnt think anything of it tell I got on the freeway and my hood came undone and broke in half also braking my windshield .. now he said he would fix it but after 2 weeks of constant calling and wondering what was going on I figured he wasnt going to.it took so long just for him to make a appointment for me to get my windesheild fix, witch once it was made the guy was there the next day to fix it .. so the owner just wasnt calling and pretending he was.. then in the whole process of that the owner saying he just waiting on the hood witch has now been a month its still not here.. and I have been constantly calling and him asking him if its in . the hood only takes a week maybe 10 days to ship i waited tell the 10th day and he said it should be here today but I cant fix it today .. okay so we go in the next day and the hood is still not there . So I tell him I have him on recording telling us the last month that he was going to fix it .. witch he has done nothing to do so I will be doing other ways now to make sure he pays for my hood .. please people do not go to him he seems nice but hes not he told me and my girlfriend that he would stomp us .. like what owner does that .. and I recommend anyone going somewhere else he WILL not fix what he brakes ... also he didnt even have the actually employs do the hood HE did and when looking at what he did, I could of just done it myself and the right way ..he bent things and didnt even use all the parts to the hood pen.. and drilled through my headlights ... and I have all the stuff to prove this so ED if you see this good luck getting out of this one
