I called in to resolve the issue with my bill and one of the agent just hung up on me . I waited for her to call back to see if it’s just an accident drop or not. But she didn’t. I called back and the other agent helped me out and he said he knew the issue from her .So...that’s the way Allstate help out their customers, hung up the phone on their customers ? I was just trying to explain the situation, not that i yelled neither put the blame on anyone. But she just did not want to hear me out and just hung up on me ? It’s just so rude and unprofessional.

I had Hail damage and Allstate was very fair and took care of it. And I did not have to argue with adjuster or anything and so we are very satisfied with it.When you have a claim that’s when you know whether you got a good insurance company or not. So if you’re looking to buy insurance I would recommend them.

I have been with this office for a few years now. My husband and I have unfortunately dealt with a couple accidents in that time. I could not be more impressed with the quality of service I have received with the staff here. Joey has been helping me while I look for a new car. He has emailed me back with quotes quickly making the whole process that much easier. Great job guys!

After years of frustration with another company I did a search and could not believe my good luck when I found Allstate. Not only are my policy premiums much lower, but Allstate constantly gives me payments for such things as Drivewise use, referring friends, and Covid driving reductions. They also gave me free identity theft coverage! My agent, Mitch Happ, replies quickly to every question I have related to insurance, and he cheerfully assists with requests. My impression of Allstate is its efficiency (they don’t waste money on gimmicks, gifts, etc) and customer focus. I have managed every transaction online or via phone or email , not once required to take time away from work to go to an office. I’ve never met my agent in person, but I have high regard for him and Allstate. Finding Allstate has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have made, and I am very satisfied.

I have had my car insurance with Mitchell for several years now and I feel well taken care of. I get very good service every time I send an email request or just drop in at the office for a copy of my insurance card. Thank you for serving me so well.

I sometimes wonder if these people get only friends of theirs to rate them. It is hard to believe so many people had such great service and only a few did not. Mitch never spoke to me after the first day when I started my policy. His secretary was the only one I could speak to. She seemed to always forget to make changes, so I emailed my request to Mitch. His secretary responded. A couple times my payment was three days overdue, they called me like some kind of collection agency. In fact they called me on two separate occasions after my bill was paid one day late, then she was like one I guess I didnt look first. The service was unprofessional to say the least. I have paid for a car I no longer own for two months now, the secretary assures me it will get taken care of. I asked to cancel my policy. I just received a letter that if I dont pay them by this date they will cancel me, she must have forgot to cancel my policy and the car I dont own is still on the policy for month three. I hope they get the picture when I dont pay and I hope she doesnt call me and hound me for a policy I canceled a month ago.

I have been a customer for a few years now, switching from State Farm after doing research on pricing, was amazed at how much more Allstate saved me money! I also brought my parents, in-laws and sister over to Allstate after they did research also and savings them money also. I have had no trouble with Mitchell as a Agent, answers mye-mails promptly and calls. His staff also does a wonderful job in making sure my needs are met and follows up to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Recently had hail claims made, everything was handled wonderfully and quickly!
