I love doing business with Erik Brooks’ Allstate Insurance office! They have always been helpful and kind, in every situation. I’m a mess and have no business calling myself a grown up. They are endlessly easy going and informative about anything and everything that I’ve screwed up over the years that I’ve been with them. I started out working with Nick. He reminded me when I was late, called to check in with my insurance needs, and never acted annoyed. I wore him out so now I work with Sarah. She is always holding my hand through all sorts of adulting. Every experience that I’ve had with this office has been wonderful! They are patient, professional and knowledgeable. Overall the process for filing a claim went very well. I had some issues submitting the damage photos and after a couple of phone calls was finally told that there was a known issue with that. It was recommended trying the virtual chat to submit the photos which was super quick and easy. I spent days trying to submit the photos prior to that and it was very frustrating.

Signed up with home owners insurance with Steve via email. They sent our escrow account at the bank a bill for the year. They also sent a letter of cancellation at the same time as they will not insure temporary pools during the covid pandemic. While this is disappointing, I sent an email to Steve about leaving a negative review as I was flabbergasted when just a month later I recieve a collection letter from Credit Collections. I never heard anything back from Steve. I understand Allstate may not insure a property that has an inflatable pool, the fact that you were told to bill our escrow account at the bank, and you confirmed that this was common practice and would, not emailing me back about the collection letter sent a month after we signed up just makes me furious! Poor customer service!! Find a different agent to work with. This location is only interested obviously in hitting sales quotas and not doing their job properly! Now, this has left me with a negative mark on my credit report due to Steves lack of follow up billing our bank.

Erik and nick are both very manipulative towards females and treat them like they are below there establishment, they also lie about there actions in reguards to the mistreatment of the female gender. Erik is never in his office and leaves his unlicensed staff members in the office alone illegally to run operations for long periods of time. Both Erik and Nick have aggressive attitudes towards female gender and given time and opportunity there true colors show towards the female gender, in my personal opinion i do not like or trust Erik and Nick with any female interactions both as a customer or employee because Ive seen first had how they try to establish dominates over them and lie and manipulate towards females. I hope karma serves these two guys what the deserve.
