They went above and beyond to ensure we had all the right equipment, plus back-ups, and made our event run smoothly. Their sound reinforcement and lighting is all top of the line, and kept in really good condition. They provided great customer service helping us load the van, and showed us each component to make sure we understood how to set up on our own. On top of all that, theyre just great guys with good attitudes!

These people dont think anybody, but them know what there doing. I find that they have, only one tech. that knows what hes doing, If he is still with them. they do not, really give that great of service, otherwise. I mostly buy from Musicians friend, or sweet water audio. and I never had any problem doing my own installation and service. and those other dealers will sell me what I need, and they offer good solid advice when I need it. It seems that in general, Midwest sound, seems to have a lot to learn. If you do go with midwest sound, Dave Burnam is the real tech, they have. Dave B is a good man.as of recently, the present CEO is a good tech, and will work well with people. it seems like the Lincoln shop manager is pretty good on service and he seems to take care of his customers. there are better prices for the guy who knows how to do his own install. and there are some people who know how to do, just that. we do need a place that is good about helping customers out. Midwest doe do that anymore.
