Our google rankings have improved since engaging with Vivial and they have helped to clean up our directory listings and map listings across all platforms. In addition, once a month, the Vivial team publishes a blog post on our behalf. The topics are pertinent, the research and writing are always good, and it just gets done like clockwork each month. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! We signed up for a 3 month contract and after the contract ended no one notified us if we would like to continue or cancel.I called and reached out to cancel before the next billing. Confirmation back stating the process has been started. Then I get another payment posted to my account. I call to ask for a refund and they’ll not issue my money back for payment for the next 30 days of services being paid when I cancelled all future services. They are keeping my money and not refunding my payment after I cancelled before payment was posted.As a business how would you hold up? If these were your customers who cancelled services prior to getting billed and then would continue to charge them and refund them the money for services not rendered or keep it?

Only place I know that can mess up an ad for 2 years in a row and find no fault. Plus lets all be real. Who really looks in the yellow pages? This is a dinosaur company that was told we were done with and then auto renewed without coming to talk to us first like we had asked. Poor service.

Horrible quality and under educated in the field of social media. This company I have worked with many years and not til recently have they promised to help increase sales and exposure but to also provide better quality of service and have failed miserably. We spend close to $900 a month and have received fewer calls then normal and a much lower cost per month. I have emailed and called numerous times and have received no help and no recommendations on how to increase activity. Proof is in my numbers on the Local & Mobile SEO they set me up with. We are locked into a local tie so we have our hands tied til the contract is up.

Enjoy working with them, they take time to explain it to me so I understand it. This helped us get in front of our customers in a new way.
