I drove 30 minutes to have a pre-employment drug screen completed. Upon my arrival, the technician loudly announces (in front of the entire lobby) that they cannot complete my drug screen because I brought my child with me. Nowhere was this information disclosed to me, and despite the fact that the drug screen literally took a whole 2 minutes to complete, she was refusing me the opportunity to complete it simply because my 4 year old accompanied me. Thankfully, a kind woman in the waiting room offered to watch my child for the 2 minutes it took to complete the drug screen. This was a very unprofessional experience and not suitable for those with children. I would suggest disclosing this information to the patients prior to their arrival. I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email and text, and nowhere was this information disclosed. Perhaps this information should be made clear to patients upon making an appointment, as well as to the prospective employers so that they can let the employees know. Waiting until the person arrives is not only inconvenient, but unprofessional. This was an all around very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this facility if there is another option available to you.

Waited one half hour after they were to open after lunch. Finally an employee comes out to hang a sign stating they are now closed and if I needed to take my drug screen I could go to Toledo or Dayton. No explanation very rude behavior. I already have a job so I wont be making that commute. Very rude

Was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff I dealt with was very friendly and I had no problems. Good experience, would come again.

I would give zero stars but it wasnt an option. Nobody answers the phone or calls back. Every time I call it says they are closed.

I was a little worried about there being a wait so I made an appointment online. At 12:30 on a Tuesday for a routine blood draw, I was literally in and out in 4 minutes. Also, since there were so many comments raising concerns about the hours, I took a photo of the hours on their door and will suggest an edit to the Google listed hours.

It would be helpful to give your fax number on the answering machine. Not all office close at 4:30.

My doctor ordered urine test and for the first time in 9 yrs no blood showed up. I knew the test was wrong. I Told my new doctor this. I told him to look at my records I gave him. Not one urine test showed no blood. I then went to hospital for repeat test and blood showed up in their test. I dont trust LabCorp.

Came here for a drug screen for work. The woman that did my screen seemed a little off-putting at first, but she was very polite during the rest of the procedure. The results reached my employer in a timely manner.

Had to do a drug screen for a new job I got. Drank water all the way from Celina to Lima so I would be able to urinate. Got there and the note on the door says, will be back a 12. The hours on the website clearly says 7a to 4p. Thanks Lab Corp. NOT! Poor information.

The staff was very polite! They drew my blood and had me out the door in less than 10min as a walk-in patient! I did notice that when the phone rang, the phlebotomist continued to tend to the patients instead of answering which is probably why people arent getting an answer right away when calling.

Hours say open on Saturday but theyre obviously not. My company sent me here for a drug test because its the closest to my hometown. My appointment was even verified for 9am Saturday.

Blood work order for doctor; lady took blood and did an excellent job!!! She left no bruise and stuck me without the usual pain.

Vert short wait time. Staff is professional, courtious and friendly...and best of all they did a great job with NO bruising (which I usually have)!

Arrived at 8 am on Saturday March 31 to am empty building and a sign saying that they will be back at 12 noon. When your website and answering machine say that youre office hours on Saturday are 7:30-12:00 you should probably be in the building from 7:30-12:00

Receptionist was rude!!! I was never here before and I guess I was suppose to know what to do when I arrived!!!!!
