I ordered a monogram necklace and 2 pairs of earrings. USPS lost the packages. Contacted the corporate office for handpicked and they were extremely helpful!! They placed another order and shipped it to the Lexington location. Ive been a loyal customer for about 17 years. Always great customer service with this company.
