We see Christine and Meshelle and they are amazing. They have offered so much support and techniques to help with anxiety. They are so patient and kind and make you feel like they care. The office staff is very nice and helpful as well!

Every person Ive seen at CEH has been kind and thoughtful. Im currently seeing Michelle who has a been so attentive and wonderful in working with me with my medicine. The research and work shes put into helping me find one that works for me continues to be such a relief and Im so happy with the quality of care I have always received from her and from everyone who works at the Winston office.

Everyone at this establishment is wonderful! Michelle really listens to me when I talk to her about how Im feeling, how my medications are working, and Ive had the same experience with my daughter who sees Lana. Christine, my therapist, is great too. She has great techniques were working on for my anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc...she makes me feel so comfortable just talking about issues I have. The front desk is awesome about making prompt appointments and is very friendly in person. Overall my experience here has been top notch and this is comparing to experiences in MA, NH, and Thomasville, NC.

If youre in much needed help, this is not the place for you. Sometimes people need to see a therapist often. They set my appointments over a month at a time. She finially realized that I needed to be seen more often, and it was going to be once a week, but didnt set the next one til a month and a half later. Mental Health is REAL!!! People who try to get the help, the process is way to long. Yes, in treatment would be great if you didnt have grandbabies to support and raise. Because of my mind state, I would forget and miss the appointment. They NEVER called to give a reminder, (like the doctors or other specialist do). I seen Christina Hudgins, she was very nice and would have probably helped me. You cannot help your clients if you donot see them often enough!!! If CEH in Lexington are really passionate about their clients, then, SEE YOUR CLIENTS MORE OFTEN!!!!!!!!
