I opt out to purchase the below items in Giants!I walked into the store and there were barely anything stocked on the shelves!!!No Dish detergent, no plug ins, no trash bags.Two other customers in the same position as I was. No supplies of anything on the shelves, on carts in boxes in the isles sure! I only saw One employee🤷🏽‍♀️Smh i had to drive to another Dollar General! Not COOL!

I had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes to checkout one item because there was only one register open. There was another employee behind the counter doing something else. Ill give benefit of the doubt and assume that it is more a staffing management issue vs the actual staff especially since they seem polite and helpful once you get to the front. Unfortunately this has not been unique experience for me.

As I just walked in to the store to just load money, I was rudely kicked out and told 7/11 around the corner. Eran at the register called her manager Jo and refused to scan barcode to load money. Saying they do not do that. A male assistant came and showed me to the door 3 times. I have been loading money thru barcode at Krewstown Phila Dollar General, at Leo Mall at every store, but here they did not just refuse it they showed me to the door. I walked out with tears and called my usuals Krewstown Dollar General, manager apologized to me for this unprofessional attitude in absolutely different location….. as of now I am not sure I’d that my accent that they did not like…..

I went once and it was wonderfully stocked so I tried to go back a few others times but every Saturday I have tried to go back and shop after I am done with work they either close at 5 or 6pm for no reason... they really need to fix their hours on google or their website because I go out of my way to go to this store because it is usually stocked.

Dollar General was great and they have a lot of products that you cant find in other stores.The cashier was most pleasant and great at her job.

This store is a mess. It seems they dont have help. Carts with stocks in aisles waiting to be put on shelves.Girls at register are nice.

I use to love this location.This location and the service has gone down. The cashiers talk about personal business while waiting on you. The aisles are always cluttered with boxes that have not been unpacked. Sometimes I am afraid to am by them fearing they will fall.I go our of my way ro visit another location due to the servicee !!!!

Usually has most of standard dollar store items I get including multiple brands that I like to try. Pet food supply could better. Service at the register is quick.

I walked in today and the new store manager kyle really cleaned this place up!! Everything was put away and the store was organized and clean for once ... good job Kyle keep it up !!

Terrible. There are u boats in the isles and cant even walk down them. So many shelves are bare. Will not be coming to this Dollar General ever again

Ive been in there about three times in the past two and a half months. And you cant even shop down the aisles. Because they had the merchandise in the I I think .

Basically your run of the mill Dollar General. However, the atmosphere seemed to be better than that of the usual ones due to the area being in a pretty decent part of a small town. A few people were really friendly, while others werent.

Place is a little messy. But you can still find some good deals there.

Always long lines. The store always messy and disorganized. I think that’s a dollar general trend! In 2021 I need y’all to straighten up them aisles and do better!

Management staff is growing and changing. Customers understand. Its less crowded than local wal.mart and parking is good.

Cleaning products are very reasonable. N they have air mist oil for a extremely ow price. The employees are all 10s in my eyes.

Did Not find the contour bathroom rugs. They used to have a great selection.

Last time I was there a homeless man asked me if I wanted a BJ. He was very attentive and receptive.

Hate is a strong word, Dollar 🌳 tree has more quality items, for a u guessed it a dollar .. dirty. Not pleasant, would rather have woolworths back

I like shopping hear. Sometimes you find good deals and they have good products. Its my fast go to when I need something. Lately, I have been noticing the prices are getting high where it does not seem to be a bargain anymore. The prices are close to buying in a supermarket. May have to reconsider shopping here.

Insane!The store looked like a bomb hit it, a complete mess. It was difficult navigating with the cart, every isle had stuff all over the floor and the carts for stocking the shelves were everywhere.

I called the store to see if they had a certain item in stock and the lady said No and click hung up on me! I didnt even get to say thanks, have a nice day! I usually dont write reviews but that was rude. Thanks so much for the kindness, lady!

When I went there every aisle was filled with carts that had more than five or six totes on it and the shelves were empty. Clearly they need help stocking shelves because this is the second time in a month Ive been in there and shelves have been empty

I like the fact that the prices are reasonable, and I have quite a bit of sugar free products to choose from. The help at the Levittown location are always very helpful, busy, and so friendly. Havent seen any problems with them ever! Give them all a raise, and maybe they wouldnt keep leaving! They are good for your store, seriously!

Absolutely the worst store I have seen, Ive seen flea markets more organized than this place. carts full of merchandise all over floor. Shelves look like the product was just thrown on shelves. Only 1 cashier, and nobody else around. Never again

We spent $77 and everything was awesome

They have everything you need for your house or buisness. They got tons of food in stock and all kinds of sodas. The line usually goes fast and its got plenty of parking. They accept coupons and food stamps.

Its amazing the things you can get for a dollar that you pay much more for in a regular store. I mean theres just too many things is to say it here you got frozen food frozen desserts you have dog and cat food and toys I mean incredible animal stuff and you can pay a dollar for a soda 16 oz soda one-dollar. I can go on and on but this place is great you have to check it out for yourself to believe it!!!😎

Very satisfied with this particular store. There were some empty shelves BUT yesterday was black friday. Their shipment was in but still on the carts for distribution but the store is so large and well laid out that we had no issue in any aisles. Well definitely be back.

Its close its convenient they do carry a lot of stuff in there for refrigerator and freezer stuff is a lot has a big selection so you dont have to run to the supermarket always get what you want waiting in long lines

Its NOT a dollar store but they have a huge selection. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is cause its more expensive than anticipated. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and knows where everything is. Thats amazing, since the store carries so much product. They pay their employees and managers well and you can tell with pleasant customer service. Its great for snacks, toiletries and all sorts of odds and ends. They also carry kids toys, frozen food, and bread. If you mixed a 7-11 with a rite aid it would be general dollar. I go about once a month and is super convientent.

Back in October I brought a small wallet because my old one was falling apart when I brought this cute wallet I was so happy. Every time after that as soon as I walked in the metal detectors would beep. I thought it was my Nine West purse that my co worker had brought but it wasn’t. So I just stopped coming. Today I had a prenatal check up at st.marys so I decide to walk over and buy some products for my hospital bag. As soon as I walked in the detectors beeped bringing unwanted attention to me. The guy employee already knew me from before so I don’t know why he was making rude comments every time I walked by he would whisper a rude comment to his co worker. I don’t like the disrespect and he was very dumb if I wanted to steal why would I wear my uniform with my name tag on it. I’m clearly tired I worked 7-3 right after work I had a prenatal appointment then before I went home I needed to buy things for my hospital bag. I’m wearing a purse where you can see the inside not a book bag or whatever. Your employees are rude and unprofessional and lack common sense. Why would a person in uniform open purse try to steal soap,tooth brush, flip flops and other personal care that’s conveniently Located next to the registers??? And the employee who I brought the wallet off of never took off the security sticker

This store is a trip and fall hazard. Every aisle has a stock truck blocking the items you need. Stop being so cheap and hire a stock person! Stop relying on the register people...it looks as though they have enough to do. I avoid this place like the plague!

The shelfs were bare. There was no room to walk because inventory was all over the place.They werent acceptings 20s,50s or 100s

Arrived at 8:45 pm and store was closed. The employees saw myself and another waving to them and ignored us. The store is supposed to close at 9pm totally ignorant

If you need to move out and move in somewhere quick, this is the place that literally has everything. For $1.00.
