We own a rental property in Leominster and our tenant called letting us know that some big limbs had fallen from a tree behind our rental property. We called around to get a couple of quotes from various tree removal companies.Our experience was that most tree service companies phones went straight to voice mail messages. We called 4, out of those only Greater Leominster Tree Service answered the phone. The gentleman who answered was very pleasant and told us we would get a call back from Josh to set up an appointment. The other 3 calls all went to voice mail.We got a phone call back later that day from Josh and set up an appointment for the following day. He showed up on time (which we appreciated because we came from out of town) looked over our situation and went into details as to what would be needed to be done to remove the tree safely and gave us a quote. We told him that we were waiting for a few other quotes and to our surprise he was very understanding and didnt try to pressure us to make a decision right away.We waited a few more days to see if we would get a call back from the other 3 and no one called us back. So we called Josh back and set up a time for to come and do the work.Again, he showed up as scheduled cut the limbs and took down the tree piece by piece so not to damage the house. He chipped the limbs and tree, cleaned all the debris and left our property as clean, if not cleaner than it was when he started. We would definitely recommend Greater Leominster Tree Service to anyone based on the service they provided us with.

Of the couple that did I felt better about Greater Leominster Tree Service.They responded to my phone call faster than anyone else and were very thorough in detailing what they were going to do.They arrived on the day scheduled for the job on time as planned. They were able to take down the tree without any mishaps. We were concerned because our house was 15 feet from the tree.Their tree removal went smoothly and quickly. They chipped all the limbs and took away the biggest part of the tree in a separate truck. They did an amazing job cleaning up. The only difference when they left was that we were one tree less in our yard and had no mess to clean up.My wife and I were very please with Greater Leominster Tree Service and would recommend that you give them a try if you need a reliable local tree service company.
