It was a great experience! The house looks great and spotless! We just moved in and wanted a little extra help getting it ready to put our furniture in, and they did a great job. We were planning on doing just a 1 time deep cleaning, but may pursue them every few months to help keep up! I had team #2 Bobbie and the rest of the team. They did a wonderful job cleaning. I had removed some oriental rugs and the backing was stuck to the floor. We got it all up and floors look great! So did the rest of the house!

Im a cancer patient and Mini Maid has been to my house several times, to help when I most needed it but hated anyone knowing it. They treated my home/me with extreme TLC. Ill be hiring them for further projects with no question. They offer excellent service at a very fair price, are a delight to have in your home (though not at all intrusive) and make sure theyve handled everything to your expectations. When you hire Mini Maid you not only receive excellent service, but help them support your community. (They leave behind a tiny bit dust...of the fairy variety ;)) I love em. You will too.

We have had Mini Maid doing our house cleaning every other week for six years. They are reliable and friendly, and consistently arrive on time and finish their work efficiently. When we have had to cancel, we have had no trouble doing so. The schedulers are very friendly and flexible. If we ever find that something hasnt been done well, which is a rarity, we get the message to the office and the team can either come right back or correct things the next visit.

Do what they say they will do. Show up when they say they will show up. Communicate well. Clean well and quickly. What else do you want?

Mini Maid did a great job cleaning my new home before I moved in. There were some spots that still had some dust bunnies in the nook and crannies but Pam at the office was very helpful and courteous to me every time I spoke to her on the phone. I also had my carpets cleaned and they did a very good job on the carpets. I will call Mini Maid to clean my home again.

Used mini maids for the first time today- we have family coming in town and needed a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom! Team 3 did a great job and the house looks and smells great. They asked questions if they werent sure about something, and had me inspect to make sure I was happy. They even had me check the shower because they werent sure it was clean enough - but I couldnt even see a spot! Great job!

Some trouble with doing tasks consistently

We have used Mini Maids Of Johnson County for about ten years. I have a lot of kids, so sometimes my house is not picked up for the house keepers, and thats ok. They pile the stuff up in a corner and continue to clean. They always send over nice people and I have never had a problem with any of them. I highly recommend Mini Maids for busy families.

Team 2 is awesome, they do an excellent job. They are so good and kind at what they do. My house looks great when they finish cleaning.This is now for my Dad Ralph Alexander - Team 2 cleaned his house and they did an excellent job . Now, he requests team two all the time. The service was wonderful. They did an impeccable job of cleaning and the women were all extremely professional. They were timely and polite. Its pricey, but worth it.

We hired them a couple of times to clean the house when we were selling it. To sell a house, it needs to look AMAZING and be VERY clean. They did an excellent job. There was only one time where we had to call them to come back and re-mop the floor in the basement. If you have hard wood floors they dont want to ruin them, and will only use a chemical cleaner if you provide it. I think they didnt see our bottle of cleaner that time, but they were very polite in coming back and re-mopping. Appreciate the detail and care they showed during cleaning!

Ive used Team 2: Tatiana, Tonia & Shannon for awhile now. Weve had cleaning maids in Vegas for years and now here in Kansas. I also used to work in the office of a cleaning service... These girls are the best team Ive ever had! I wouldnt trade them for anything! Ive been unable to clean because of Heath issues & now being a mom, low on time.. I have OCD when it comes to cleaning... So having to hire someone, its taking a risk since I always think no one can do a better job than I. Although, I know with my girls, I dont have anything to worry about. They pick up everything to vacuum, dust/polish & mop. ...one thing thats very hard to find. Theyre the most thorough cleaners! Trustworthy, honest and EFFICIENT! THEY WORK! (Looks like theyre running around here like chickens with their heads cut off! -like me!) Nothing but positive from me!!!

The cleaning crew was running late, outside of the window we were told, but the office didnt contact us to inform us of this fact. Otherwise, I though the cleaning crew did a good job.

Ive been meaning to write this review for several weeks now. I guess my delay has its advantages for purposes of the review helping others: Weve been using Mini Maid for a few months now and each week has been consistently excellent in both the cleaning itself and the delivery of the service. Angelica, Dora, Maria, Stephanie, and other members of Mini Maid Team #1 are just that--Number 1! We highly recommend asking for them.Mini Maid also has worked with us the couple times we needed to get off the normal Friday weekly routine due to travel and other events and the other teams have been consistent with our Team #1. We just like our normal team, on our normal day, best.They also do a great job with doing a special extra-cleaning project when needed (like recently our range hood--which WAS kind of gross. Now its not.) or giving extra attention to ceiling fans or baseboards, for example, when we ask. They are always prompt. Be prepared, too, that if you need to do your decluttering ahead of their arrival, that in our case, they usually come near the beginning of the given time range. That is only a minor challenge sometimes and due only to our own tendency to be behind in the AMs AND our preference for having our cleaning on Friday mornings. That being said, they always call a day ahead to confirm the arrival window and have been super about accommodating if we need to adjust to later in the morning or even midday (and yet they still always get us taken care of that same day, usually with our same team).We simply wonder each week why we waited so long to do this. TG(& Mini Maid)IF!!
