Our service began with a seamless setup and continued with the wonderful updating of our website by Brett Goerzen throughout our entire fundraising effort. It was amazing that High Touch was able to take our vision and apply it to a website that was beautiful, yet easy to use.We were able to raise over $300,000 in two years. This had a great deal to do with our presence on the web. When we needed changes or updates to the webpage, it was easy to reach out to High Touch and get those changes made. Excellent Customer Service and Product Knowledge! When our computer crashed a friend recommended told High Touch so I tried them out. They completely exceeded my expectations as far as turn around time and quality of work. Ive used them twice now with two different computers and could not be more satisfied.

Would give zero stars if available. After several calls over several days - no one will return my message(s). Secretary stalls on phone for minutes with no response, then transfers to one of apparently only two folks who are even available to give call-backs. Apparently no one is responsible for or interested in new business.

There literary holding my computer hostage, for 3 months and still are to this day. They wont return phone calls or anything; when I went into there store when it was open no one was there.All six of these are fake and I dont see how anyone would give a five star perfect rating they also, have another store they run dont go to that one ether.

I have used Computer Upgrade located in the Downtown area of Lees Summit for 3 years now on ALL my computer issues. I have had difficult to deal with viruses, need for data transfer, trouble shooting, software assistance and simply someone who understands computers to help where I was lacking. They operate with integrity and the cost for their services is reasonable. Great to have someone you can trust!

We have been working with ASI for many years and consider them one of the most important vendors for our business. We are not a technology company but without our systems (Dynamics GP/CRM and network) up and running, we are unable to function.
