Jenni and Rachel, the apt managers, are very friendly and accommodating. They work to put together events for residents to meet each other (though understandably there were fewer events with COVID) and set up patio/balcony decorating competitions. The pricing is lower compared to other apartments in the area, and the unit we leased was updated and comfortable to live in. Even though its located right next to two highways, there wasnt enough road noise to interrupt sleep or anything. Sometimes you could hear next door neighbors, but thats the nature of apartment living. This is an unbiased review as weve already moved out because we were able to find a house, not because we were dissatisfied.
Nice clean apartment community. Quiet surroundings . Very friendly staff. I love the high ceilings and big window in the living room. I’m happy to have found Pinnacles Pointe!
I love living here at Pinnacle Point! The staff are by far the most friendly, caring, genuine people I’ve ever seen working in this field. They work hard every day to make every resident feel the way they want to feel in their own community. The grounds are always kept clean, and the landscaping is maintained very well. Maintenance staff is super friendly and very responsive! There’s plenty of parking, and it’s laid out in a way that gives every household the opportunity to park fairly close to their own unit. The only reason I would give it more stars is if it had more community amenities. Many other properties in this price range offer things like a dog park, a play ground for kids, a car wash area, open grilling area, or paved walking trail throughout/around the property. I know the current management company has only really had the property since shortly before COVID started tho, and I know they’ve been working hard despite it to update, remodel, and improve the community altogether. I’m looking forward to seeing the progress in the coming years!
I have not had one bad experience in this complex. Jenni and Rachel at the front office are FANTASTIC, SWEET, and ON TOP OF IT! Maintenance has always been super responsive and courteous. The grounds are well kept and the nature surrounding the property is beautiful! Highly recommend this complex to everyone!
Meant to write this earlier- but these apartments are beautiful, in a fun spot & very quiet. The landscaping is kept up well and the staff is amazing. Jenny & Rachel are both so awesome. They are the first leasing staff Ive ever worked with that actually cares about you. I would 100 % highly recommend these apartments.
Pinnacle Point Apartaments is a great location for living it is a very beautiful and good place. Apartament is in a good condition, clean, all necessities in good condition, large balcony and rooms, have gym and pool,a lot of parking space for visitors and private space for all apartments and reasonable prices . In around the building everything is clean, they clean everything and every time. This place has great access to major highways. Near parks , shops and restaurants. I live the second year here and I love this amazing place. Now is new management and is very friendly, help to resolve every problem. Friendly neighbors and safe place.
My time at Pinnacle Pointe was wonderful. Jenni and Rachel are so kind, nurturing, and thoughtful. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. I’m thankful for the 2 years I resided here.
I love our place. The maintenance team has always been super prompt when we needed anything fixed and our management team really cares about the residents. Never once have we had a negative instances since we moved here. Jenny is the best she always greats us with a smile and you can tell she genuinely wants to get to know you. Highly recommend this for a great apartment :)
Visit for work often and I always look forward to the friendly staff here. They property is always clean and maintained. Thanks for your hospitality!
We have lived here for 5 years and a few years ago the management company changed and for the better. The previous property agent, Rikki, was great but the management was not. However, since the change things have gotten so much better. The management is really great with addressing issues professionally and quickly, especially emergency issues. The property is quiet, well taken care of, and all the renovations are for the better and not just band aid cover ups. We are moving only because our family has gotten too big for an apartment and we are moving into our first home. Our only small complaint, which is still from previous management, is that sometimes its hard for people to navigate and find the apartments super quickly but theyve done things with signage to help out with that. With reasonable cost, you should move here, you wont regret it.
Such a great community in the best location! I feel safe, love my apartment, and the management and staff is the best around. I have lived here 5 years and love it very much.
Wonderful staff, excellent customer service. Close to everything you would need. Safe, well lighted and very nice place to live.
Lived here since mid April, and have loved it! Great location and awesome staff and customer service! My AC went out last night, I called maintenance and he was there within 30 minutes. It was also 10:30pm. I am so thankful he could help me immediately. If you’re in the market for a new apartment, definitely check out Pinnacle Pointe! Rachel is so friendly and will help you with all your needs :)
I love these apartments. They are beautiful on the inside & out. I have a 2 bedroom apt & the layouts are great & there is alot of room. As for living experience I have no issues with any of my neighbors everyone is polite. Management/ Staff are the best. Jenni & Shannon really go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your apartment & living there. Anytime I have any issue it is addressed immediately. Also every time I come into the office Im always warmly greeted by name. Ive NEVER had an apartment really make you feel like they care about you until living here. & I have been renting apartments for 13+ years.
I cannot believe the terrible posts here.Seriously?I lived here 3yrs, leaving in 2018.I always felt safe here. The apartment grounds were super clean. I loved my apartment with the deck facing the wooded area. One person complains of smog.....are you kidding me? I lived right next to the hwy side and my place was so well insulated I only heard traffic with the morning commute. We did have a few minor maintenance issues. But, it was almost always DAY OF repairsWe did hate the visitors rule of parking at the leasing office and potentially getting towed. But it was FULLY explained at the time of signing and subsequent friendly reminders. If you want to entertain or hope for a nice big gym or pool area....that the Pinnacle lacks. The club house area is very small. But if you want a place that is near several amenities, gas stations, mall, community college, places to eat....yep you wont regret moving here.
I LOVE MY APARTMENT! It is really big and nice. Melissa the office manager is so friendly & makes you feel really at home. I recently had a maintenance request & Melissa called me to see how everything was going. That never has happened in the 12 years Ive been in the renting world. Would certainly recommend this apartment to a friend.
I love this place. Im honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Rikki is so sweet and I have never felt hassled. Also, the maintenance men always wave at me. They never bother me. Its a very quiet neighborhood, regardless of the construction. Grinders is next door. Also, guests are now allowed to park with out any hassle. Seriously, the best place Ive lived.
The office staff are friendly and professional. The maintenance personnel are well qualified to handle whatever comes up. In general I love my apartment and this place.
I really enjoy living here. Property management has always been helpful (Ricki is awesome). Yes, there are rules, but they make the property a better place to live as long as you arent the one causing trouble. The architects discover a pretty good job of planning out the individual buildings (not a lot of shared wallspace). All in all, not a bad place to live.
Good location, nice apartments. Not always on top of maintenance...our balcony railing is rusted out. The trash area needs to be cleaned up. Pretty area and nice staff.
PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is horrible. Rude, petty and disrespectful. I only stayed here one year. And it was the worst year of my life. During the Christmas holiday my thermostat stopped working, so I called the office for someone to come repair it. The manager told me to do it myself so she wouldnt have to call someone out. It was winter! Unbelieveable! (This is only one of many stories). And be prepared to have rundown appliances that they will repair repeatedly for the same thing, then replace them with other used ones. Ridiculous! I got out of there as soon as my lease was up. Beware! They will charge you for cleaning if you leave a strand of hair in a drawer after you move out. PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
The new management really nice and very kind to and they care about are residence to and they are fixing it up really nice to
I moved into an apartment with my dog. I was told they were pet-friendly. But when I left, my dog barked and I didnt realize it until after I got my notice on the door in November. So I quickly rectified the issue and told them to let the neighbors who were complaining to let me know so that I could take care of the issue before it becomes an issue again. Well, there were no more complaints until the following May when their maintenance was banging on my door and upset my nervous dog. So I contacted the office about it and they chose not to respond. And then within two times in the same week, I got notices about noise complaints about my dog barking. Both times, I left to go to Quick Trip or the grocery store and for no longer than 30 minutes. And within that time, I had the notices on my door. The problem is that the third notices means that they will not renew your lease. At the time I wanted to stay there and so I told them that my dog has had good behavior and these notices were too far away from the first time. Then, my lease expired and they talked me into a two bedroom. So I moved into it. I asked immediately about the other residents and said that I was concerned about any issues with my pet. And the said dont worry about it. youll be fine. So we moved there. Within a month, the neighbors upstairs stomped so loudly that it felt like they were elephants. And overnight, while trying to sleep, I could hear the lady stomping so loudly as if she was walking in circles. I made complaints about her but they did absolutely nothing. But then, I was only in this apartment for 60 days and they put a landlord harassment letter on my door telling me that I would need to vacate the premises. Well, I was sick of the place and although I am a fighter, I chose to move. Not to mention that the ladies in the office were always at odds and including the neighbors into the drama. They always said that people usually buy a house after living in Pinnacle Pointe and I see why now. WHO WOULD WANT TO EVER HAVE A LANDLORD AGAIN AFTER THIS PLACE!It would be nice if they werent always up in your business.
This apartment complex sets on NE side of the most busy highway exchange in the Kansas City Metro, The amount of carbon monoxide poisoning that settles on Pinnacle Point should make it an environmental hazard for the residence, As if that isnt enough, the draconian management approach made it the most unpleasant living situation I have ever experienced. Other than that it was great.
Welcome to Pinnacle Point, where you will undoubtedly be continuously harassed and disrespected. That is the slogan that they seem to withhold. Do not move here. Yes, the apartments are fairly clean and nice but the management is the worst I have ever encountered! I have never had a worst living experience than the few years I have lived here. Management constantly threatens their tenants and if you ever need help, you might as well forget it. They arent about helping the tenants here. I would never recommend this complex.
I drove by these apartments a few weeks ago and was contemplating on visiting it but after reading all these reviews, I much rather look elsewhere. Sad because the apartments look beautiful. Too bad management runs people away. How does upper management read these and not do anything about it? Obviously theres something wrong when everyone complains about the same thing. Oh well.
The manager Kelli lost our rent money orders and when we called western union they said it would take 6-8 weeks for the tracing process. I told her and she said we had until July 31st (which is only 4 weeks) otherwise they would consider it not paid. Now I come home from work with a note stating that they sent our information to thier attorney for immediate eviction.....we paid and because we couldnt pay another 1200 in the same month for an apartment with jacked up appliances and crappy management we are being threatened with eviction...after they said we wouldnt be. I went to the office at 5:00 to confront them about this and they are gone, but the posted signs say they close at 5:30. We have lived herefor 2 and a half years and this is the treatment we get. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. They have the most demeaning and condescending management I have ever encountered. It is such a shame because the apartments themselves are beautiful and its a great value, but it is not worth dealing with management. They have ridiculous policies. For example, they are currently making all residents take their cars to a mechanic to have cars checked for an oil leak because they are stating our parking lot looks like an oil field. Its a parking lot! Its not the Taj Mahal! They are threatening to tow cars that have oil leaks if residents do not prove they have had their cars checked by a mechanic. I had much better service at Somerset Oaks in Olathe, Kansas. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We cannot wait until our lease is up at the end of May.
The maintenance isn’t great. neighbors are constantly yelling. management is not amazing. often reeks of weed.
Awful! I do not recommend living there. So far the worst place Ive ever encountered!
If you move here, plan on the hassle of having your guests park in just a few visitor slots available or getting a special permit for them to park in general resident areas. OTHERWISE YOUR GUESTS VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AND IT WILL COST $225 TO GET IT BACK!!
The new management is awesome!
Interesting to see about these apartments
Looks very nice
