Really terrible experience with this service. Had our tree removed and the guy was supposed to remove or stump but never did. He kept on saying he will and that he had some issues he had to care of. It’s been months and still nothing. I’ve been texting and calling but no response. If you need something done, don’t go to this company!

John came out and gave a good estimate and seemed very knowledgeable on the trees in my yard. We set up a day to have our trees trimmed and removed. But then he had some truck issues, which i understood, but he didnt tell me about it until i contacted him after waiting for him on that day. Then this went on for the next couple weeks. Last week i had to contact him to get an update, he said this week. Here it is Friday and i havent heard anything. On to the next guy....dont hold your breath or get your yard ready for his services.

I called for an estimate after normal business hours to see if they could extract a Sego Palm Tree from my yard because the person who originally was going to get it hit my main water line to the house. Within minutes of me making the initial call I had a person from the business at my house for an estimate. We didnt need the tree service after all because the person who was trying to get the tree came back for it.Even though I didnt use theyre service they responded to my concerns and treated it as if it were an emergency. You dont find too many businesses like this anymore and Id definitely use them in the future if an issue arises.

Hes a no show. Grew tired of waiting. Im hiring someone else.
