Made my appointment first thing in the morning because it is first come, first serve. It was easy and the ladies were ready when I got there. The woman who cut my hair was friendly and we talked throughout. Best hair cut Ive had in a long time. Ill be going back again

I have a subscription for all boys in my house. Haircuts are fine. Getting an appointment is a a bit difficult with usually only one stylist available daily. More employees needed to accommodate our little city.

Absolutely AWEFUL! I told them I wanted chill the length of my natural nail and polish it took them over an hour he put acrylic instead of gel and they charged me $47 for something I didnt even want and then one of the men grabbed the money out of my hand

WENT YESTERDAY TO GET A HAIRCUT FOR MY DAUGHTER AND ME. THE GAL THERE ONLY TOOK MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE HAD APPTS ALREADY BOOKED. SHE FINISHED CUTTING MY DAUGHTERS HAIR AND NOBODY ELSE WAS THERE JUST US. TALK ABOUT BEING LAZY! WE ARE THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER. AND TURN PEOPLE AWAY! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE IN MY LIFE!

It has been well over a year since I have been there. I hope the people I usually saw is still there.I have always been happy when I left.

There are major issues with the employees in this location. I have witnessed and experience how employees in this location try to avoiding costumers in many different ways at all costs.1) Staff while working will not answer the phone, they will silent the ringing but not answer.2) When you come in person they bring up a variety of two reasons why they cant attend you. Sorry you need to book online or We are full for the day or Sorry but we are expecting costumers who had booked online at this time.It is ridiculous how the employees on this location try to avoid customers at all costs. And it is also ridiculous how costumers have to struggle to make a simple appointment.This location opens at 9:00am weekdays, I called over 20 times to book a hair service, but no answer at all!

The lady that cut my hair was a red head and was friendly but my hair isnt straight at the bottom!! It is uneven and when i put it to the front you can notice my left side is shorter :(

This place used to be great, now it is terrible. I went in to get a haircut for a graduation. The employee rudely insinuated that my phone number was not valid, which is a flat out lie. It was apparent that this employee was lazy. Never again with this location.

Waste of time. You can’t make appointments or check in online yet when you walk in they are booked solid. I’ve tried going in on week days at a variety of hours and no luck ever. When I asked how people make appointments the woman told me to skip it and just go to Hanford.

Is this place ever open? Every time I try to book online the website wont let me. Everytime I call or try to go in no one answers the phone or there is no one at the location. Did it close and they just forgot to take all the signs down?!

I was trying to book an appointment today at 9:41 a.m. online, but called first to ask if they had a stylist that could do a “FlatTop”. A male individual answered the phone, so I asked him do you do “FlatTop” haircuts. He told me he did not have tools. So I hang up. I had to drive 15 miles to another city to get my hair cut.

Took my daughter after school to get haircuts and we had a fun girls afternoon. The ladies at Supercuts in Lemoore were so great at making my daughter feel like a little movie star. Even took the time to curl her hair for her. It was fun!

So I go in there to get a haircut. There’s only one customer, who was basically done. The stylist tells me that she’s closing, and her last customer was the person in the chair.I could understand if she had dishes to wash, shelves to restock, food to put away, or something more than sweeping, and mopping, as to why she was telling me that they were closing, 30minutes before the time they’re supposed to be closed.If I got their closing time wrong, why don’t they update their hours on the internet? The hours displayed on their store front states they close an hour after the time stated online. Either way, she said they were closing. Why have the door still unlocked, if they knew they were closing and their current customer, was their last customer?All in all, the incompetence of their employees is surprising, considering their type of business was one of the businesses to suffer more so than others during this COVID-19. Apparently they’re not suffering that much, to turn down customers.

I found the woman to be rude and abrasive from the moment I walked through the door. She was the only one there and the salon was empty and it was apparent that she didnt want to cut my little boys hair from the beginning. That was my first experience with supercuts and will be my last.

Ruined my hair, dirty mirror and dim lights good look seeing the mediocre job. Nice folks work there just a lack of experience. If you have thin hair youll be fine, but if your a male that needs a military hair cut go else where

No more appts. Check-in and walk-ins only. Will $14.99 a month Unlimited Haircuts be worth it? Time will tell.

My son has had his hair cut here a half dozen times. We always book a slot on the app, even if its not an exact confirmation, it definitely reduces wait time. The ladies here are SO GOOD with timid kids! They let mom stand nearby, are willing to do an entire cut with scissors if shears scare them.. and have magic powder to stop the itching. $20ish for a kids cut, cant complain!

Its the luck of the draw if you let randoms cut your hair. I like that they take walk ins fast service and cheap .Skills vary greatly amongst stylists. Had a very terrible haircut yesterday uneven have had ok and good ones previously. Advice find a good one and stick with them if you want consistency.

I always get my hair done by Shelby, shes one of the best hair stylist Ive ever gone too, even at high end salons. And is so patient whenever I mess my own hair up. My hair always looks, feels, and compliments me so much better after leaving.

I been waiting for a hair to be cut quite some time finally got it caught.

I went there and I showed her a picture of what I wanted I don’t know her name but she didn’t know what she was doing and it looks like it was her first time ever cutting hair she need to be fired ASAP she didn’t fade my hair right she had to cut it a lot shorter than what I wanted cause she didn’t cut it straight and it’s still not straight it looks like she just put a line in my hair and said done fire her ASAP

Ive been coming to the Lemoore Super Cuts for a couple of years now and will continue to do so. I have had my eyebrows done here for the longest and Ive only gotten my brows did by Erin. She doent just do my brows but has cut styled and highlighted my hair and am soo happy with the results and happy to have found her! This place is always clean and employees here are always helpful and friendly. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a place u can go in without an appointment.

Kinda hit or miss with haircuts here. Mens cuts are usually really good. Wouldnt recommend for womens cuts unless you trust the specific hair technician.

I got highlights in my hair and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was nice when I went there and they make it comfortable to be there.

Sat in this location for two hours. I watched 4 beautician plus the manager leave. It was 4 other patrons waiting, also. No one (I mean NO ONE) showed superb customer service. I actually waited while the manager got her car fixed.. Right after it was fixed, she lefted. Still 4 patron including I waited. Horrible location! Something needs to be done to make the service better...

Absolutely terrible job, went back and they refunded me... they admitted it was a mess and there was no way to fix it. Got a refund, but that doesnt replace the eight inches of hair they took by mistake.

I went to this place for hair cut. She cut my one side longer and one side short. Looked totally weird. I had to go again to fix. I am editing my post after a year. It is still one star. I believe that is the reason they are cheap.

My experience yesterday was awful i asked for shampoo and a haircut the lady who cut my hair she didnt even ask me if i wanted to have shampoo she looks like shes doesnt know what to do when i told her all my experiences for the person who i had a bad experience if you dont know or your not sure tell the customer that you dont know how to cut it. And dont get a scissor tattoo if your not good at it. It look like they just chop your hair its not that smooth.. now my hair was short super short when i asked the manager shes the one who finish it when shes done the manager didnt even ask if i want a hot towel when the manager check me out she saw that i ask for a shampoo and she asked me i said no its ok coz im so disappointed.. i walk out to this supercut place in lemoore with hair all over my neck and side face.. i shouldve waited for cinthia i dont know the name who cut my hair she got a scissor tattoo and she needs to cut does long nail

Went to get my hair cut for my senior pictures, and instead I am stuck putting my hair up untell I can get it fixed. Its cut all uneven lengths, and across the bottom its a straight line. It makes me extremely sad to see it.
