Had a great experience. We rented an 18’ water slide and my kids played on that thing non-stop for 7 hours :). Veronica was very helpful when arranging the rental and the guys who set up the unit were quick and professional. Would definitely rent a bounce house from them again. Thank you.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! DONT USE!!! They werent able to accept credit card at the time of rental for whatever reason and so I had to go to the bank and get out cash. So I got in my car and ran around the corner to get cash with all the kids waiting.Then the owner been to berate me for him having to wait for cash AND BEGAN MAKING A SCENE IN FRONT OF THE KIDS. The kids began all looking and staring instead of enjoying the water slide. At which point I told him to just tell me where to sign, we wrapped up the contract and they accepted the cash. I asked he not threaten or berate me in front of the kids. His son threatened to take down the waterslide and make all the kids unhappy. at that point, we had wrapped everything up and I asked them to leave and told them I would reflect how I felt in a review. They then turned around and began to dismantle the water slide and kicked all the kids off. I will be taking legal action. Unbelievable!

We loved working with Ultimate Inflatables. They were very punctual and professional while delivering inflatables and carnival games to our event. I would recommend them to anyone! They are great communicators and willing to work with your company through management and any weird policies your company might have.
