Not sure if it’s always been this way or just really went downhill in the past year because of COVID, but this place is worse than a poorly run charity. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone and tracing any lost mail through them is like a black hole. Time to clean house.

This place is a joke. I dropped off a few packages a day for about three days when I moved to the area until I saw one of them from the first day had no shipping information but the others did. I called the post office and talked to them in person but there was nothing they could do. So I decided to try and have someone come and pick them up from my house thinking they would be more responsible with the packages that way. The person never even showed up ugh. Just in general, I have had about 1 in 50 USPS packages show as delivered for my business but the recipient did not receive them. I am done with USPS for good, they are the worst mail service available. You would think they would have had time to perfect their skills over the last 200+ years but I guess that is government for ya. My business and I will never use USPS again.

I have dropped by frequently to drop off packages and am always pleased with the friendly, quick service in-person, even when its busy.I have been having a recurring issue with the fact that I keep receiving my landlords mail despite them moving out 3 months ago. They confirmed months ago that they put a mail forwarding on their address. Despite this, almost every day, I have been writing Please send to forwarding address with their new address and resending the envelopes out -- but they still keep coming!!I tried calling the USPS phone number, but oddly enough, could not get through at all. I ended up submitting a customer service email through the USPS website requesting they finally update their info. I was surprised to get a call from USPS within a couple hours. An employee named Carson left me a voicemail letting me know theyd received my message and would be fixing the issue. Fingers crossed!Update: The carrier messed up again after I wrote this. I reached out to Carson again, and I havent had an issue since. Hopefully this lasts.

Its getting better. I was here at 5pm on a weekday, rush from everyone coming off work. The line got long and so an employee went out and asked what people in the line where here for. He was able to direct some people to a drop off or a self help kiosk, cut the line down to less than half.

I am floored by how bad the customer service is here. Rude, unhappy, unhelpful employees. My wife and I were both carrying packages in and she was right behind me and when we got up front they said we are closing and can only take your package. I said, we are together and I’m paying for both. Too bad, we can only take the one we are closing and made my wife leave. What??? Seriously??? Wow

My review goes right along with everyone else. Bad service, bad attitudes, and, seemly, no drive to make a change for the better. The employees could care less about how they affect people. And yes the phone stays off the hook. I tried to call the customer service line and they said I would have to deal directly with the Lehi branch. Why!?! How about Lehi pays me for my time to correct their mistake?

I shipped two packages from this location. One was delivered but only the box. It looked like it had been ransacked and stomped on a hundred times. It was horrible. And the second was never delivered... They cannot track it or find it. These were two homemade packages for friends that I spent hours on. Horrible and I mean horrible service at this location.

I am continually sent the wrong mail for a house that is literally a street over. At one point I even received someones personal belongings from a funeral home that were not mine. I have tried calling their office, and cant get a hold of anyone (which I understand that they may be under staffed, so I can have an open mind about it), left notes on my mailbox helping them know where the right address is, personally delivered mail to the other home, wrote our name on our mailbox, and even circled the street name on the mail to help them out. Ive been understanding until I was contacted by the records office that important mail has been returned to sender due to it being sent to the wrong address. Ive been waiting for these sensitive and important documents for almost a month and required it by a certain deadline to receive work benefits. Ive never had any issues with Amazon or UPS, so It must be the USPSs issue. Now I have to travel over 30 minutes away to get my mail from the source. I wonder how much of my mail has not been reaching me because of pure laziness. Scary to think about.

WOW These guys are bad. Everyone gets everyone elses mail. Dont bother calling them. their phone is literally sitting off the hook. If you go into the post office you can see that the phone they are supposed to accept customer calls on is just sitting off the receiver.Our carrier is completely incompetent. Cant recognize addresses. Can even deliver packages to the right mailboxes. Its like a treasure hunt anytime anyone ships a package via USPS.

I’m going to be honest... I’ve had pretty good experiences here. I usually go when it’s super early/close to open and sometimes there’s a line, sometimes not. I’m not sure if I’ve just gotten lucky but nearly every time I’ve come, I’ve gotten a very nice, helpful person at the front. There’s been once the person working was rude about letting me use their tape to tape up a package (previously I had come and the lady offered to do it for me so I naively thought that was standard), and the tape was ridiculous and impossible to unravel. Other than that (happened about a year & half ago), they’ve been pretty great.

Incompetence at its finest, from their delivery drivers, tracking information (or lack of), answering the phone (or lack of again) all the way up to the corporate office, good luck reaching anyone. Maybe they should drop out of the delivery game for good and let the pros take over that now what todo. I had a priority shipment that was suppose to be to me today...... annnnnnnnnd nothing.

I love the Post office and the idea that I can put a stamp on something and it can travel the world. I have always been a fan of the USPS and been in favor of more USPS funding. But I recently moved out this way and had the misfortune of having the Lehi Post office assigned to us. The service is terrible. We get notifications on their app of attempted deliveries, however we are home at said times and never a knock or delivery vehicle on our cameras. It’s dishonest. This goes on for multiple days. I no longer get my medication shipped. There is no getting hold of anyone by phone. People in the office simply do not care, and or they are so overwhelmed that they do not allow themselves to care. I’m not sure, but it’s disheartening and frustrating at the same time.If something is shipped to us, and it is by USPS, I easily add a week to the expected delivery date.

Being in Eagle Mountain and having to drive to Lehi because they wont answer their phones is great. Ive gone twice now to request a lock change and new keys because the previous renters took the keys with them. They said the first form got lost, and I still have never heard anything after the second form got submit so Im starting to assume that one got lost as well. I was reading through the reviews and literally saw one where a guy posted a picture of the post office having the phones disconnected. If youre wondering why it has a 1.7 overall review, well this is why. What a joke, I hope USPS gets a Saratoga Springs or Eagle Mountain branch to save future residents the pain of having to go through these imbeciles.

So yes they dont answer their phones. When I went down to the office to ask them about changing the lock on a mailbox because a key was broken off in it, they said they have been on calls all day every day. Their excuse was they are at 175% capacity when it comes it geographical coverage because they cover Lehi, Saratoga and eagle mountain so their phones are always busy... I dont know if I believe them, who knows how long itll take to fix the lock 🤔 not impressed.

The Lehi post office is the worst in the entire county. Personnel are the rudest, least helpful of all. I have used Provo, Orem locations and the difference is abysmal. I needed to renew my daughters passport and after waiting in line, I get to the window and the woman at the window had the nerve to ask me to go to Costco to have my daughters pictures taken there, because theyre faster and cheaper. In another occasion I asked if I could borrow a little piece of tape and the guy rudely told me they dont have tape for the customers, only for their use and that I had to buy a $5 tape from them if I wanted it. In Provo they not only have tape available for the customers use but sometimes the cashiers tape the labels for you. I wish I could give them a zero stars review. Living in Lehi we have to deal with the worst and laziest post office employees.

The parking lot is under construction and the main street next to it is extremely dangerous to try to cross. There is only one entrance due to construction. People block the only entrance and stop traffic down the street. I am absolutely astonished by the lack of planning on the traffic flow during this time.

Put my mail on hold online. I was told over the phone, that was the easiest way to do it. Well, apparently my mail was never put on hold and now I have a package missing. Super cool yall. Government services are the best and NO ONE will answer the phone. There is also never hope for improvement since there is no competition and no one is held accountable.

This place is awful. Almost every time I get my mail out, I have someone elses mail. I could easily open it and get whatever information I want from it. I end up returning it, wasting my time, and they take it back and the person whose mail I had will never ever know what happened. Theyll never know that their security was at risk. I wonder if this has happened to me, Ill never know. Not only that they dont really know whats going on ever. Theyve messed up a bunch of things with my mailbox, it sucks. It happens alllll the time too.

Trying to get a hold of the post office at this location is nearly impossible. My feedback would be to get that addressed. Other than that, when you actually go in to the post office, their service is the best Ive ever had from any location. They are fast, friendly, and thorough. And they FOLLOW UP on things, which I really appreciated (had to have my mail pulled to get a new lock box).

We had a package shipped from Amazon through USPS. On the day of delivery we had a notice in our mailbox that they tried delivering and the mailbox was full. It’s an outdoor rug. It can be put in our porch. We checked our camera and no effort was made to deliver it. We rescheduled delivery for the next day online and again nothing. Nobody answers the phone at this location. Its frustrating to have to go into a location to retrieve a package we paid to have shipped and delivered to us.

Going inside to see her glare and then endure some snarky remark is always because its my last resort. Filed a missing package that said it was delivered into my mailbox (the big locking community kind)The person that called from this post office told me my address isnt right, he read the address from the tracking number, which was definitely correct. He said the mail carrier says that the address provided doesnt exist. Okay the service inside the post office is usually great. But the mail carriers and processing for this area is not good. Just one example: I set up a hold mail request for a week for vacation. A package arrived a day after we had left, and based on the tracking history, it was out for delivery, then placed on hold per customer request, then it was marked insufficient address 5 separate times and then returned to sender, all before the hold was supposed to end.

USPS is a complete joke. Even worse at this location. Package was sent signature required. I wasn’t home so I had it sent back to the location for pickup. I go to pick it up give them tracking number. It states it’s ready for pick up. They look at the tracking number and said it’s here but we don’t have time to look for it we’ll see if we can get it sent out for redelivery. Laziest people I’ve seen in my life. Highly recommend never using USPS.

Been to this post office multiple times. Very rough. The latest is that they stopped delivering our mail because our mailbox was out of compliance - we didnt have large mailbox numbers. Well guess what was in the package they refused to deliver... mailbox numbers from Amazon. When I asked the mailman to please deliver our package so we could get in compliance, he said I was dumb for buying numbers online, and I should have just bought them at Walmart. There is no oversight or anyone to contact about problems. Im now on board with Trump to defund the USPS.

Best post office experience ever. We had a passport appointment for our two young kids (6&5) and I was dreading it. However, Mindy was absolutely amazing! She held their attention, asked them fun questions and even showed them the back area with all the packages. It took 30 minutes but it went by so quickly with Mindys help.

Mail consistently delivered to the wrong address. Today we had a large family memory book delivered that was crammed and bent to fit into our mailbox, permanently bending it with large folds through the middle of it. THE WORST and MOST INCOMPETENT mail service I have ever seen. Good luck trying to find someone to talk to. You will be on hold for hours.

Accidentally put a package in the drop box without a label after hours. Immediately started knocking and ringing the doorbell on the side door. There was a lady that just kept yelling at me and telling me to go home. I just told her I accidentally dropped a package in there without a label and she still ignored me. I’ve been here for half an hour and the lady just keeps ignoring me. Either they have a rule where you can’t open the door or this lady is having a bad day/week/year and needs to not work around customers and get a job in front of a computer interacting with NOBODY!!! If I lose my package because of this lady I will not be happy. What a joke! Just open the friggin door so I can give you my label you mean lady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a 2.5 year old and a 8 month old get their passports done. The lady who helped us was kind and patient with us.Drivers. They would get a one star. If they don’t want to deliver a package they say no access to front door even though we have full access to our front door. Pretty weird. They have also dropped off packages to 4 or 5 neighbors at our door. So I end up delivering those packages, I do a lot better job. As you can see from the pictures our front door was as clear as it can be.

I ordered an item that said it had been delivered to my mailbox last week. I never received the item. I have called the post office at least a dozen times and no one ever answers. The company I ordered form refuses to give a refund since it says the item was delivered. My mailbox is locked and the only person with access to it is me and the mailman/woman. Where I live, whomever does the route is terrible. They are notorious for putting your mail in OTHER PEOPLES MAILBOXES. I had some VERY important mail coming from the IRS and IT WAS PUT IN SOMEONE ELSES BOX. Identity theft could have happened. Luckily the person who got it was honest and hand delivered it to me. Im extremely nervous to be getting anything important now. Im afraid of not getting my mail at all. Do better.

The perpetual ineptitude of this place is astounding. Weve gotten missed mail, late things, everything under the sun. No one seems to actually do their job here. Requests go ignored, mail no shows, its beyond belief. I have even watched the driver try to toss things from their little van clear onto my patio 40 ft from the road. I wish theyd get someone here that cared to turn it around. If we werent robbed through taxes to pay for all these services USPS would have become defunct long ago.

USPS Employees 1) refused to help me when I was trying to get the weight down to the price they originally quoted me, and 2) refused to honor the price I was quoted on the scale, even when the scale showed the lower price a second time. This kind of customer service is extremely unacceptable. I try to support the post office, but at this point, I refuse to take my business here again. I will never be using USPS again.I had limited time on my lunch break to send a tshirt to a friend in Australia. It was cheap, but postage should have been around $12-15 so it was something I could afford to do. I went in and the woman helping me weighed the shirt and said it would be around $14 to go First Class. Great! I grabbed one of the cheapest and lightest envelopes USPS sells, and somehow the price jumped up to $24! I said I wanted to find a lighter envelope or remove the tag on the shirt to see if it drops the weight. The woman refused to help me by weighing the different envelopes, and the woman at the counter next to her chipped in that it wouldnt matter if I took the tags off the shirt. If its on the border, it would matter! But fine, I agreed to pay the extra $10. Then the price went back down! Thats great! BUT here is the WORST PART. The woman said, no thats not right. Took the package off the scale and put it back on, and the price went BACK UP. But since I was on my lunch break, I had no more time to try to get this to work.

Without going into detail, one of the carriers helped me with an issue and he went well above and beyond what was required of him. I mailed an armful of packages today and although the line was longish (15 or so people) the clerks kept things moving. As I observed their customer interactions they seemed to be doing a great job. The clerk that helped me was knowledgeable and amicable and all-in-all my visit today was great.

My husband and I went in to get our new mail box key for our new home. They didn’t have it but said they would send someone over to rekey it in a day or two.Two weeks go by and we were able to get the keys from the previous owners. I tried calling, emailing and calling again but no one responded to let them know we didn’t need the rekey. I finally went in to canceled it.I think we are all good until I get a call this morning from them, saying that my new key is ready to be picked up! I tried calling back but the same thing keeps happening of them never answering their phone!It’s just very unprofessional, especially how they never seem to be able to pick up their phones. And the fact that Even after I canceled the rekey, they still did it, a month after they said they would? It just doesn’t make any sense.

This place is a JOKE. I ordered something from the UK. They were quick and send it out from their side. Then it went with USPS and never send ANY kind of tracking information what so ever to me. Had to contact the UK company for them to give me some kind of tracking order. I called SEVERAL times to USPS and was really patient staying on hold for about an hour with nooo response. Then I had to go to the post office for the lady to tell me oh they have tried to contact you twice. How did they contact me when I got NOTHING? I would check my email, my door and NOTHING. NO SIGN SAYING MY PACKAGE ARRIVED! The best part was when she told me that they returned my item on Saturday since I did not respond to them. Sorry I forgot to respond to something I never got(:

I wish I could rate a 0. Never have I had such terrible mail delivery. Consistently late on my Amazon packages and they mark them as attempted when they really just didnt get around to it...trying to claim my mailbox was full when its a large package that wouldnt even fit in the mailbox and would have to be delivered to my door. I have tried for three days to get a package redelivered and still have yet to receive it. They never answer the phone either.

Got pictures taken for passports here. They were not official passport pictures and I had to pay to get them taken again at Walgreens when we got letters from the government saying the background color was wrong and our passports couldnt be submitted. I tried calling the post office numerous times for help but no one answered the phone.

I shipped a very expensive package with insurance but misplaced the receipt.Needless to say, the package never arrived.I tried every available option to find out what happened or track the thing, but no luck.Without my receipt, I couldnt even claim the insurance I purchased.Do yourselves a favor and go for FedEx and UPS over this place.

Not sure why everyone says they don’t answer the phone, I called and was only on hold for MAYBE 2 minutes and talked to someone. I didn’t catch his name, but he was friendly and helpful.Now the carriers, that’s another story. They are the reason for the lower score (I’d have given the guy I talked to a 5 and the carriers a 1). They CONSTANTLY deliver our mail and packages to the wrong house (sometimes with absolutely no sense. Example: we had 2 packages coming one day. Same name and address, coming from the same place even. One was delivered at our house, the other was delivered like 4 houses down. I don’t get it). I completely understand they are probably under a lot of pressure having to deliver to such a wide area since they have to service us out in Eagle Mountain as well, but it’s still your job. You still need to do it. You need to not mark packages delivered that aren’t. You need to not mark packages with a ‘delivery attempt’ when it’s more that obvious according to tracking that it never even made it anywhere near my house. And READ the address’. That’s all I want. Even if I have to get my mail a day or 2 late, I’ll take that over trying to figure out where the heck my stuff ended up at.

Very slow and apathetic employees in the facility who have no concern about losing their job for performance. There will be a line of people waiting and staff will just walk on by, not stepping up to help to move people through. Government employees never get terminated regardless of how they perform. In the real world, this place would be out of business. Our tax dollars hardly at work. Our old mail carrier was awesome. Never a mistake. He must have retired, because the new young mail carrier gets it wrong all the time. We receive mail for the people one or two streets over and they receive our mail. A package from Amazon showed that the USPS had attempted delivery but could not because the business was closed. The address is to our home! Now we have no idea where the package is at. Whoever runs this post office, you need to get your teams act together and hold them accountable for their performance, because ultimately this is on you!

The Office itself has improved a LOT since my first review.Much better attitude for sure. Only knocking a star because some of the mailmen really SUCK. I have taken photos of the things they do leaving packages halfway outside the mailbox easily accessible by anyone walking or driving by on my street. We moved into a home that was a new construction and a brand new development. We didnt have a mailbox yet and the builder had no idea when we would get it.. This post office was so great to work with trying to get this figured out and with keeping our mail for us and having it ready to pick up while we waited for our actual mailbox. Every time I called they were quick to answer my questions and were so helpful!

My fiance and I moved here from Georgia. We live in an apartment complex. We visited the post office to get a key for our community mailbox. There were 2 women working the customer service desk. The lady we got was very pleasant and helpful. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the other customer service worker in there. There was a couple ahead of us. They had to be at least in their 60s. They were sending a package. She was extremely rude to them. She told them they did NOT have enough tape on the package in which she made them buy a roll. First of all, it looked fine to me. Secondly, they used ONE strip and she was satisfied. What upsets me is SHE HAD TAPE BESIDE HER! How hard would it have been to just get ONE strip from her roll. Instead she made them pay almost $4 for it.

Its a post office, so what can I say? That being said, I have never used the counter services and always use the self-serve kiosk there and never had a problem. I worked in a university post office years ago, so it is always faster for me to do that. I usually never have to wait for the kiosk, but I have been there when there are long lines for the counter with one employee taking their sweet time to do their job. I will say that as a former post office worker, there shouldnt be a ridiculously long wait ever because it is a plug-and-chug kind of job. There are customers that hold things up, but the post office is the government, so what can you expect? If you can, use the self-serve kiosk and that will make your life easier. Also, it can be hard to pull out of the parking lot when it is busy on Lehi Main.

I am so sick and tired of the post office refusing to ring doorbells. Everyone in my household was home and you barely knocked, left a note, then took back package back. You guys really know how to making things inconvenient for everyone. Good job on making the world just a little bit more miserable.

Do you guys ever answer the freaking phone?!?! First you try to deliver my exchange package to a business that closes at 4PM at 7:20PM, and then the following day you dont even attempt to re-deliver it..? Its now 1PM and it has yet to go out for delivery again. Ive called several times and have gotten NO ANSWER!!! No wonder people pay extra for UPS and FedEx, BECAUSE THEY ARENT AWFUL LIKE YOU!!

Especially during the busy holidays these folks go thru the lines of people very fast. The parking lot isn’t anywhere big enough so go early such as right when they open. They do have a keosk if your at all savy that you can self serve for delivery of packages.

Unreal, how are you in a customer service oriented business and not answer the phone?!? Have tried a dozen times over two days. I could never do what they do, must hear the phone ring all day and just refuse to answer it. I dont know how you hold a post office accountable though. This is the worst service I have ever seen from a business, store, etc.

I have called so many times and they never answer. I have even tried calling another USPS location and having them transfer my call to the Lehi office thinking it might help, when I spoke to the person at another location about transferring my call I was literally told good luck, they will never answer their phones.

Would be 0 stars if I could. Our mail lady is the worst I have ever had. I constantly have deliveries to our house and she leaves valuable items out in the rain or within sight of people passing by. shes too lazy to walk numerous packages up to our covered porch and instead jams oversized items into our mailbox. on top of being poor at her job she constantly harasses the home owners on her route, she leaves notes about how shes going to call the police because peoples branches hang too low (in winter) she leaves harassing notes about cars being in her way (both our cars are at work throughout the day, or parked in a garage). I have filed numerous claims for ruined goods or missing items and have never got my money back from USPS.

They met my expectations and were very helpful. I was having live baby chicks delivered and they allowed me to come in early in the morning before they were even open to get them and bring them home so they werent sitting in the office longer than necessary. I was very pleased with how helpful they were.

Unbelievably terrible post office and delivery service. I get notifications that they attempted to deliver packages but were unable to - but Ill have been sitting at home waiting, so I know they never even came to my house (and theres no notice on my door, just an email saying delivery was unsuccessful).Ive also never once had someone answer the phone when I called, no matter when I call or how long I wait. Ive never had so many problems with a post office before; its ridiculous.

I had a package of 15 Christmas cards that were supposed to be delivered to my house in Eagle Mountain today but was told I have to now pick them up at the Lehi post office (25 min. away from my house) because “nobody was home for delivery” is that so? I left the house for 1 hour today and I have a camera on the garage facing the mailbox and one on my doorstep. No mailman has been to my house today!!!UPDATE: Went to the post office right before 5pm to pick up my package that was delivered pack to the post office at 1:52pm today and they “couldn’t find it”

Even leaving one star is inaccurate for the terrible service provided. I called 10 times today to get assistance. Once was hung up on once answered and every other time rang for 3 minutes until the call would end. This office is a disgrace to the Lehi community and to USPS.

4 stars- May 2016Update- I have had to deal with the Lehi Post Office a few more times since my first post 8 months ago and man have they improved! I can call and get a hold of someone and they have helped me each time with ease and manners. Its so refreshing.1 Star- Sept. 2015I have been calling for the past 15 min. First time it rang about 10-15 times. Then someone picked the line up and hung it up. So I called back and it was busy, so I kept trying and trying and trying when finally it rang 2 times and then again, someone picked up the phone and hung up. So I called again and once more, it rang 10-15 and no one answered so I gave up! I just want to know where my mail went!! They took it all out and took it back to the post office(my fault that I didnt got get it. Just wish someone would answer their phone!!) After reading the reviews it looks like they leave the receiver off of the hook so they dont have to take calls. From review this place really needs new management.

The employees are really nice when you get to know them. They hurry as fast as they can. Most people these days dont have patience so you will see a lot of bad reviews. I think the postal ladies do the best they can.
