They changed their tune from what they told me awhile ago. They want me to bring my phone in and look at it, then order the screen and come back in to replace it. Its a cracked screen, I have never heard of needing to go in twice like that for a front cracked screen.

Quoted higher price in store then online. I did not use their service.

Best experience! My cellPhone had been submerged in water & I thought all hope was lost but miraculously Evan got it working & not only that but he fixed the cracked screen and the battery and they hooked me up w/a 6’ cord. It looks brand new and all for less than $200! Highly recommend!!!!

Only reason Id go back to this place is if I need to use my warranty, otherwise Im looking for another place to get my phones fixed. I went in to get 2 cracked screens fixed and was told one price and when I was getting rung up was told 4 times the original amount... When they told me the real price and I questioned it they offered to put my broken glass back on...I just sucked it up and paid for it but really sucks that they couldnt have been more clear about what things cost before I left my phones with them. Taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to get the screen fixed for my iPhone 6 which I had dropped a couple weeks ago. It was fixed that day sooner than I could return to get it. I got a discount by scheduling online and was able to get a new battery for the price it would have cost me to just replace the screen at other locations. They throughly checked the phone and even cleaned out the charging port which had been giving me issues. Great price and they got the job done. No complaints here.

My phone screen was cracked pretty badly. The guy working at the counter was very knowledgeable on what it took to fix my phone. It was done within an hour! So far so good:)

They were quick and through in replacing the battery in my I Phone less than an hour,. Apple wanted two hours and I had to make an appointment two weeks out!

My wifes iphone 5 needed a battery replacement. I spoke to a Clif at Batteries Plus in Lehi. They were the only place in town that had a battery at the store. It was noon when i dropped it off. They told me they would be done by 3pm. They had it completed before the given time. It works perfectly. My wife said that she feels like she has a new phone.

I had my Samsung S8 plus screen replaced there for over $350 front and back. The products they us are very cheap, even though I was told that they were OEM products. Which after the fact and doing a little research, they are not OEM. The next day while trying to put on a protective cover the screen cracked extremely easy. They wouldnt do anything about it. It was good experience. I wouldnt recommend them.

The man who helped us both with ordering the battery for my phone and installing it was attentive, helpful, clear in his explanations, honest. And thanks for having a very specialized store that has things that no one else does.
