I went to this Dollar General this weekend. I was not happy there. The store could only be best described as a sty!!! I have never seen such disarray and utter chaos in a store before. Hard to get around boxes which were everywhere, unorganized shelves, junk everywhere. The back stockroom was propped fully open for all to see the mess in there too. Think I’ll be shopping at a different store even though this one is the closest to me.

“Becca” has terrible customer service skills. I witnessed her get irritated and basically shout an older gentleman because he didn’t understand her. Shaking her head and scoffing the entire time he was trying to checkout. He walked away embarrassed. Absolutely traumatic experience for him, and I. This is not the first time I’ve seen her get cocky and condescending to a customer. All of the employees look like they’re on something and/or have no personality other than being harsh and cocky. The only thing going for this store is the fact that usually the shelves are decently stocked. Everytime is a terrible experience with their employees though. I hate that this is the closest store near me.

Most of the time their shelfs are pretty well stocked up. A few of the cashiers are rude and not very friendly, which is a issue to me. If youre going to work in customer service, then at least act like you care and like your job. I understand we all have our bad days, but not ever day of the week! Other than that, its my go to store! 💖

Must have been a run at the store. A few empty shelves. But, first time there and staff was VERY helpful. Will go again

Great shopping day. Emotes help my daughter find an item and was very friendly and helpful. The person at checkout was also very helpful as their ATM machine was not functioning right. He stayed calm as he walked each person through TBE process of getting their purchases paid for. They had some empty shelves but had all the items we needed.

Very good service. Good atmosphere. The margaritas were a mix and pretty good.A pleasant experience

Wouldnt even answer my question because she had a long line while laughing. She said they only had two people on shift and wouldnt do anything to help me. I wont be going there to help with that issue.

This place is always stocked and always open. Service line is really slow but friendly.

This is my favorite Dollar General Store of them all! The staff is all around helpful, friendly, and the store is kept tidy and organized always. Highly recommend and have no bad things to say or any reason I wouldnt recommend going to this DG over any other!!

This place like most dollar Generals is a wreck. Its so hard to find things or they are intermittent on what they have. Friendly store personnel.

The guy who rang us up was very rude to us. Old white male with white hair. He basically said that his job of restocking was more important than ringing up customers. I called three times for someone to come to the register and there was no one in sight. Not being aware of a line of people at the register for that long of a time should result in termination. I asked if there was a bell we could ring to get their attention, he says No, its against store policy. He also said, We have other things the do in the store, we cant just wait at the register for people. As well as other rude thkings he said. He didnt apologize for the wait, nor his attitude, he arguedthat with me and mean mugged me all the way out the door. He is not customer friendly and therefore should not be at the register, he should just stock things. Thats the worst customer service I have ever received in a store. There used to be nice people who worked there, what happened?

Only thing i would change is there is big guy spitting his dip or chew whatever in the asles

The staff was very friendly at this location. Clean store, no problems in my quick in and out visit. They even sell propane tanks for your BBQ grille, very convenient. Recommended.

Its easy to get in and out of never a crowd price is very reasonable

We just went to visit this store closed to our home and the cashier she is not friendly at all me and my husband say thank you and she didn’t even answer us just cause we are Latinos.

Staff are helpful, sometimes, but their system is wonky. I have never been able to get the rewards system to work and the coupons are extremely specific and often times are not honored based on a technicality.

This place changed so much when Kathy left! Weird tension

Im a teenager so the dollar stores a good place for (almost) everything candy toys hygiene food drinks Iceream birthday cards glasses ect. And it all a dollar if you couldnt tell by the name
