We needed some cheer signs made for our squad. They looked amazing and were delivered quickly. They were responsive with questions and quick to correct a mistake that was made. It’s not what happens it’s how a company handles it. And they were quick to correct it. Highly recommend.

Be prepared to pay for convenience. I returned an item to a manufacturer in the same exact packaging that was used when I received it and paid $8.00 more than I originally paid (and was told that was the lowest cost option they could provide). This was a unique item seller and shipping was not bundled in the final price (I had several shipping options to choose from).

Oh snap is one of my favorite of the local post office stores. They really do a great job across the board, from mailing things to office services. Really great place! I really like this one too because its right by the H-E-B in Leander, and its great to have a professional office service store this far north. Its right beside the La Tapatia, if youre from around here.

I paid $140 for a 10 OZ envelope to be delivered in couple of days to China that was a very important document, she told me not to worry and that it will be picked up the next day , a week later the tracking was showing that it was not picked up yet , tried to call and left 4 messages and never heard back from them , when I last got them on the phone she didn’t even apologize and blamed the Dhl pickup guy for the delay , like she didn’t call me earlier to let me know .If you want your package to be delivered in time , look for another location , this one is a jock , they will also charge you way too much over the real price , very bad experience!!!!

I received above and beyond customer service at this PostNet location! I came a couple of weeks ago (with my 3 young kids) to mail some sensitive documents. The woman working (I wish I could remember her name) was extremely helpful and kind. When I got all of my kids loaded into the car, I realized I had made a mistake and needed to see my documents again. The employee was exceptionally helpful by opening the packages, bringing them out to my car, re-printing the shipping labels, and then coming back outside to get the packages after I corrected my mistake. I truly appreciated her extra effort, and she did it all without making me feel like I was a burden. Her kindness made such an impact on me! We will be using PostNet for future shipping needs!

Leander Postnet is so convenient for my small business. I appreciate having the opportunity to do most of my business needs at one location right near my office. I haven’t used this store before but walking in the door, Heather attended to all my needs in a timely manner and was a pleasure to talk to. I walked in getting everything accomplished and was able to get right back to work.

I was charged $29.16 to ship a 3.82lb 15x9x8 package via UPS ground. The exact same postage purchased directly from UPS costs $17.91 I like this place and would love to give them business, but I guess Ill be buying online and just dropping off in the future.

Pros:Excellent customer service, friendly staff.Cons: Not open on the weekends to except mail or retrieve/ distribute packages. Pretty expensive and recently raised their rates, charging $100 extra to have after hours access to your mail box.

Absolutely amazing. We run an e-commerce business. Being able to ship items FedEx and UPS is key. We can ship both through PostNet. We also have a PO box here at a good price. This gives our online business a physical address (and its technically a suite number. Not a PO box. So it looks professional)

I have only used them to send packages, but they keep ending up way higher than going to a FedEx or ups store. Small items that is fine , but sending large items internationally cost hundreds of dollars more than UPS.

So used to love this place,friendly helpful people. Then recently on my last two visits, it was like a different store. On the first of last two of my many visits I was bringing a trove of packages and needed some help and the man just stared at me as I was trying to carry boxes and open the door. He finally opened the door and locked it to stay open but did he help with the boxes...NO and neither did the manager until I finally asked if someone could help and she asked the man who BEGRUDGINGLY helped with just a few more. Then the last and very last visit I was mailing a package to my son , had on arm full and the other arm trying to open the stuck door. The two woman at the counter just turned and looked at me TWICE as I continued to struggle to get the door open. I finally tapped on the door at which time they finally looked up from their conversation and mind you no one was in the store, and opened the door and told me that there is a sign on the door stating the door gets stuck. To which I replied, so you cant help open the door? Obviously I could not get it open. I then called the owner, explained that I have been a loyal customer and she apologized and hoped I would come again, stated she had fired the man there before but their actions where unacceptable and made no offer to me as I would have to make another trip up to mail my package. Nothing big just a token to show her appreciation of me as a loyal customer and having to make a second trip due lack of customer service. Yes you are a small business built on loyal customers. I am only one customer but you will not have my business again. To which the owner said that was okay by her! I did go to the USPS and shipped my package for over half the cost and they even pleasant.ADDENDUM: SO WOW, NEVER WAS AGGRESSIVE, I DID NOT USE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR, I DID SAY HOWEVER THAT I THOUGHT A CUSTOMER WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU STANDING THERE. I DID NOT ASK FOR GAS NOR WOULD I HAVE TAKEN IT. SO TO SLANDER ME IS VERY SERIOUS. AND I DO USE OR DID USE SERVICES. SO WHY NOT TAKE THE INFORMATION AND USE IT TO IMPROVE INSTEAD OF GIVING MISINFORMATION AND UNTRUTHS ABOUT ME. YOU HAVE PERSONALLY ATTACKED ME. I HAVE LEARNED THOSE THAT ARE DEFENSIVE USUALLY HAVE MAY WRONGS.. BY YOUR RESPONSE, WOW LOOK WHO IS AGGRESSIVE. i HOPE THAT YOU WILL TAKE THIS AND LEARN FROM IT. This was by far the best place I’ve ever been to for a one stop shop! I showed up 5 minutes before closing with notary, faxing, copying, scanning, and shipping. I was told last minute my documents needed to be done and shipped by next day aired by Monday. I had already stopped at UPS, FedEx and Pak-mail. Not only was Heather able to accomplish all this by herself but she also begged the FedEx express driver to stay until we completed everything. Heather explained everything to me and was the most amazing person in the world. I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the owners of this store because they know what quality service is and they hire employees that have the upmost customer service skills that I have ever had!

Their prices are quite high, but the staff is helpful and professional. If I have a prepaid label, I always drop them here, but if I am paying for shipping, I will find other avenues.*EDIT* They have cut back on their hours so I am no longer able to use this location at all.

Have had several things printed and laminated. They prefer an E-Mail with web address instead of a piece of paper and the quality IS much better. They do excellent work. Yes...their prices are high. Only downside is they wouldnt reduce and laminate something the size of a business card. Had it done in Cedar Park Office Depot. They spent 30 minutes of trial and error to get it perfect. Just sayn.

The prints almost all had streaks and smudges on them. they were also slightly cropped not how i intended. as an artist, i would not recommend.

I had ups package and ship a computer from pa to tx. Sending it back i reused my packaging and took it to postnet. They wanted to charge twice what i paid for a self packed box. Only gets 2 stars because the employees were polite while they tried to rip me off.
